I cant scroll up with my mouse.

Brand new imac. Mighty mouse was working fine till now. I can scroll horizontally and down but not up. Is there a fix and if there isn't does applecare cover a replacement mouse?

Hi, me again, more data.
I have found that some plugins are accessing the internet without my permission.
And when I went into the plug in menu via the addons options through the Tool Menu option, I found the plug ins there.
BUT I never installed those plugins, and now they are there and they are accessing the Internet. Here are two images to show the plug ins disabled and yet another image showing them still accessing the Internet even when disabled.
I then removed them from the system (I did back them up first, just in case).

I would like to know if there is a way to scroll down with the mouse while the crop tool window is open, like in Acrobat 5.0. If not with the mouse, is there another shortcut to go through the pages and adjust the size of the crop and see it on different pages? Thanks!

Cant scroll horizontally with mouse wheel in FF

I cant scroll horizontally in FF unter XP+SP3 by pressing the mouse wheel sideways. This is the same in FF 3.6 and 4.0 beta, while in IE 6.0 and in other MS programs (Explorer, Word, ...) it works fine. I am having this problem with 2 different mice: Fujitsu 400NB and easytouch ET-9600. I cant find newer drivers for them than what I have installed from the CDs. Here some settings from my FF: mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.action;0 mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.numlines;1 mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.sysnumlines;true. Some time ago I played around with them but that didn't help. What else can I do to get FF scrolling horizontally?

How do I prevent tab focus from changing when I scroll tabs with the mouse wheel? [SOLVED]

Whenever I scroll my tabs with the mouse scroll wheel the tab focus changes from the page I'm currently on to the tab being scrolled to. I usually have a large list of tabs open and I depend on being able to scroll tabs without changing page focus to keep myself organized.
Also, I'd like to disable tab scroll wrapping; Once I've scrolled my tabs to the end I'd like it to stop scrolling, not wrap around to the start of my tabs.
Is there a way to disable these features and revert to the tab scrolling behaviour of a previous version of Firefox?

This is not a standard feature and can be caused by an extension.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Cannot scroll up with my mouse

Can anyone give me some tips on how to resolve this problem? I can scroll down using my mouse; but am unable to scroll up. I have disconnected and cleaned carefully; but still cannot scroll up. Any help would be most appreciated. I Mac OS system is 10.6.7.

Most often this is caused by junk in the mouse ball. The approved method is to use a sheet of white paper, like copy paper, and invert the mouse, press the roller rather firmly down on the paper, and roll it around.

Has anyone figured out a way to scroll & swipe with magic mouse again after upgrading to Maverick? Thanks!

I finally upgraded to Maverick and now my magic mouse doesn't scroll or swipe on any application and to make things worse, my keyboard scrolling ability after pressing down on the arrows is a bit delayed. Does anyone know how to solve this? My magic mouse and keyboard are a month old, so, I know it's not the devices, but something with the update.
Things I've done from reading other forums:
1. Went to System Preferences/Mouse Settings [but it only gives me two settings: Tracking & Double-Click Speed]
2. I've reset my PRAM a few timesnow.
3. Tried restarting my computer a few times too, but nothing.
4. I've tried searching for these files in my Library to DELETE, but they don't exist, so that method is not an option:

Although I'm far from being an expert in programming, I would answer NO. Imho, you've just got a brillant idea! (As for “repeating / updating the variable so many times in a row”… you could add a short delay (like “delay 1”) inside the repeat block, but I don't think it's a must.)

How can I scroll horizontally with my mouse?

I am using Dreamweaver CC 2014.1 6947 Build on 64 bit Windows 7 Pro SP1 and I can't get my mouse to scroll horizontally in code view or any view.
Looking/working with wrapped code is a no go for me.
I have tried using apps to solve the problem like Mouse Hunter and X-Mouse Button Control and neither one of them can get the horizontal scroll bar to move.
What is really driving me nutz is I didn't have this problem when I was using Dreamweaver CC ver 13.2 Build 6471 because Mouse Hunter would give me horizontal scroll I needed.
I really think this is a bug in Dreamweaver that needs to be fixed....

I am using windows 7 sp1 64bit with Dreamweaver CC 2014.1 (15.0.0.6947) and an application called MouseHunter which allows you to hold shift an use your Scroll-wheel to get horizontal scroll in codeview which doesn't work once I updated to CC 2014.1.
It use to work in CC but some how the CC 2014.1 update broke it too.
I have also tried using the program X Mouse Button Control by setting my mouse buttons 4 & 5 to scroll left and right or mouse wheel tilt left and right and nothing works....
In older versions of Dreamweaver CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6 I could hold down the ALT key and use the Scroll-wheel to get horizontal scrolling.

Scrolling Problem with Air Mouse

I'm using a Mac Mini on my living-room TV and I bought an Air Mouse to use, it's a mouse with accelerometer in a tv remote shape, i'm having trouble when some window have scrolling content, like a web page or a folder in Finder with some files. When the mouse pointer is over the window content the scrolling get crazy scrolling to top and bottom in a freak way. I've test the Air Mouse in a PC running Windows and the scrolling works. There is a way that I can disable the scrolling? and just scroll clicking at side bar e pulling.

Try:
Go to "System settings" and on "Generally" activate the button "roll bar always".
On the button "mouse" you can disable the first field scroll direction.
Than try it again with scrolling on the bar.

PDF opens fine, but when I try to page down or scroll down with the mouse, it hangs the file

Pdf files open fine in Acrobat 9 pro. I am having problems in page down or scroll down on the document. Only way to close the file is to go to task manager and end the program. In task manager it shows that there are 2 adobe acrobat files opened and not responding. What can I check or do about it? I have tried to disable all plug-ins, but that didn't help.

How to scroll horizontally with my mouse

Is there anyway to use my mouse to scroll horizontally?
I have a logitech g3 mouse using setpoint drivers/app.
No matter what option i pick in the I can not get my mouse to scroll horizontaly in dreamweaver.
I have even install the uberoptions application to give me more options in setpoint and I still can not find any way to scroll horizontally.
and no i will not use wordwrap.
any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
because if i can't find another way I will have to find another application.

I use a very old Logitech Trackball mouse and have no problems in any apps. Have you tried using a conventional mouse just to see if the problem persists in DW? Or how about testing your G3 mouse on another computer?

I am having the same issue. If I have a photo selected, I can't scroll thru the pictures and click on multiple photos. If I click in between photos then I can scroll. As soon as I choose a single photo scrolling by the mouse or keyboard quits working. I have the latest of all software versions. This makes exporting multiple photos too much of a pain.
