Problem with searching for 'empty' emails with BAPI_BUPA_SEARCH

Dear ABAP'ers.
I have got a small problem with BAPI_BUPA_SEARCH.
I Use this BAPI to search for Business Partners with the Email condition.
I put rhe Email to lv_email variable, it works ok.
    lv_email = ' '
    CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_BUPA_SEARCH'
      EXPORTING
        email = lv_email
      TABLES
        searchresult = lt_searchresult   <= returns no BuPas
        return       = ls_bapiret2 .
But I need to have a possibility to search for such Business Partners who have got no email address. Unfortunatellu when I pass an empty lv_email to BAPI, it returns no Business Partners whilst such BuPas exist in database.
Is there some possibility to search for those BuPas who have got no email address assigned?

and pick the PERSNUMBER or ADDRNUMBER and pick the Patners related to that ..

Problem in app search for us store with ios 6 .

I developed an application which is available on all countries , But while searching for the app with app name in us store . It does not list the application on the first page , it show the application on second page Instead it shows a similar name recomendations and ask user to search that app instead on first page.
It seems to users that there is no such application exist with this name so they ommit the application.
But on all other store it show application without any issue 0
Please help me with this issue , I dont added my application name in the keyword list .

Whether an older compatible version of the app is available in the store depends upon whether the developer of the app has made it available. As far as I know the app needs to be in your purchase history for it to work i.e. it is only via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on the device that you will get the prompt as to whether to download an older compatible version (if one is available), not from the main part of the store.

thanks, Michel. it had occurred to me to put a scratch tag on the folder, but I was hoping for an easier way. in future I'll do as you suggest though, because it's easier than what I have been doing.

Cant search for apps in the app store

I cant search for an app on the new ipad 3 any ideas??? Tried rebooting etc not working... Please dont tell me to restore!!!!

I guess I'm not completely understanding what you cant do in the app store. If you go to the main apps store page, you should see from top to bottom, the different categories. If you want to see more, look to the right of the screen and tap 'see all'.
As for printing to pdf similar to the feature on a desktop or laptop, might need a 3rd party app for that. However, you can open a file in pages for example, tap on tools/share and print/open in another app that will give you options like pdf, which will open the document in ibooks.

Sharepoint 2013 Search Query, get 'Starts With' for the whole term.

I need to build an A to Z index for the values of a particular managed property. Managed property contains text with multiple words (for example: 'Whole Sale Items', 'Sample Items').
I need the search to return the values that start with a particular letter. 'myPropOWSTEXT:s*' should return 'Sample Items'. However, this query returns both 'Whole Sale Items' and 'Sample Items'.
Is there a way to write query so that I can get the text values that start with a letter from the beginning of the whole sentence? I mean, in the above example, is there a way that the query returns 'Sale Items' only and
NOT 'Whole Sale Items'?

What do you mean "Managed property contains text with multiple words (for example: 'Whole Sale Items', 'Sample Items')."?
Is the list column value containing multiple values(e.g. multiple choices type column, manged metadata type column)?
Also it is by design that SharePoint query will match each word divided by the special character "blank space", if it's the case for your issue, as a workaround, you can remove the "blanks space" between the words(e.g.
WholeSaleItems, SampleItems), then start a full crawl and test again, it should work.

Why cant i search for artists in my itunes search area?

why cant i search for music/artists in my itunes search area when i'm logged on to itunes?

I should be more specific, I live in the USA, Type Disney into the search and then go to movies, you will see a list of Disney movies.
BUT that is not all the Disney films on Itunes.
The Majority of Disney films that are available on Itunes do not show up when searching the word Disney.
You have to look them up individualy by name. For Example: Darby O'Gill and the little People, Pocahantas 2, Atlantis: Milo's return, Ducktales the Movie, The Sword in the Stone, The Rescuers Down Under.
All of these and MANY more do not come up when you search for Disney or Disney movies.
Why?

In Lr 3.6 how can I search for filenames ending with a # character ?

The text search seems to treat the # character in some mysterious way so as to not select the files that have it in their name. I cannot find any explanation for this in the documentation. Is there some other character(s) that I have to put beside the # to make it register as a normal character ?
My specific problem is that I need to locate a bunch of files in my catalog that have names ending with a # character. I want to rename those files in a way that removes the trailing # but not other # characters that separate key parts of the file names. If I can't do that then I want to select that group of files and produce .xmp files for them (I don't normally use .xmp files) so that I can rename the files outside Lr and import them again complete with all previous tweaks and metadata.
I dare say that I would not choose to name files this way if I started again but I've got far too many to change now.
There are also too many for me to want to rename them individually in the Metadata panel if I can avoid it.
I'm using Lr 3.6 on Mac OSX 10.6.8

You guys beat me to the answer, which I discovered more by accident than good management.
Firstly, I had used the # characters because they looked good in list views such as in Windows Explorer or the Mac Finder. That was from before I got into using Lr and I was trying and using several different programs to manage my photos. Then I found that trailing # characters prevented Lr from recognizing the number at the "end" of the file name and so I wanted to delete them.
Secondly, I got into the Lr rename facility initially to replace what I did with Downloader Pro before switching from Windows to Mac and subsequently found that there is no way to delete a trailing character, but it helped establish in my mind that to Lr the "filename" was just the first part of the name before the full stop and the extension (e.g. .cr2 or .nef or .jpg). Try it - there is a "filename" token for setting up a naming structure that ignores the extension and its full stop.
This was further reinforced in Library Grid View where the filename and the extension are separated and the extension is not displayed.
So having used F2 (rename) before I got around to playing with the text search I was set up for failure. Looking for {filename ends with #} or {filename ends with #.} failed because it found nothing as none of my files had a # or #. after the filename extension, and looking for {filename contains #} also failed because it found all of my files instead of just those with the trailing #. I wrongly thought that Lr had trouble seeing a # in the text search.
Now I have been able to find and select all files with a trailing # in the base part of the filename by looking for {filename contains #.} and generate current .xmp files for them. Then I went outside Lr and used a utility file renamer to get rid of the offending # for the image files and the .xmp files in bulk. Then I re-synchronized the folder(s) in Lr to import those renamed files back into Lr along with all of the metadata, and get rid of the old files from the catalog. Had those files been a part of a collection or stack then I suspect that membership of the collection or stack would have been lost but it kept the keywords, ratings, labels, and image tweaks. Then I got rid of the .xmp files again because I prefer to work without them (less clutter and less chance of other software separating them from the image files).
So much easier than doing it the hard way

I just highlighted and changed the artist name of about a hundred songs in my library. This was an accident and I want to change them back. I can't "undo" or search for artists' names online. Any way to fix this? They are still highlighted.

These were all songs I had ripped from old CDs, lot of which, I no longer have. I can't remember that artists' names for all these songs. They are all "oldies" from the fifties and I just accidentally changed the artist for all them to Fats Domino. I'd had them all highlighted because I had done a batch change of their genre to Oldies. I couldn't tell that they were all still highlighted after that change because I could only see two of the songs at the time that I changed the artist name. Is there any possible way to undo this? All the tracks are still highlighted from the naming operation. I can't search for the artists' names online because I didn't purchase them from iTunes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I found one other way to do it. I just deleted them all out of my iTunes library. Now I can re-import them from Window's My Music file with the original artists' names intact.

Search for an IFrame with Javascript

I have 2 IFrames. In IFrame1 is a Html-Page with some JavaScript. Now i want to set the source for the IFrame2 with JavaScript from Html-Page in IFrame1. I do this with parent.frames[1].location.href=http://... it works fine.
My Question is: How can i find the ID from IFrame2? Because i thing when i start the app in Portal, parent.frames[1] might be the wrong IFrame and parent.frames[1] is not really a good Solution.

How do I search for a song with the name I typed on my iPhone?

I run into this a lot and it is extremely frustrating. I want to find a song like "Menuetti", but the search results end up with hundreds of variations of "Menuetto". Even though I know Menuetti is there somewhere, I can't find the song I am looking for because there is so much garbage returned. Is there any way to get the iTunes store to return the few songs with the name I asked for rather than the hundreds with the name I did not?

[CS3 JS] How to search for accented letters with GREP

Hello,
In the following script I have two words, each that has an accented letter. It appears that neither in the script nor in the Find and Replace dialog that GREP will recognize words with accents. It will replace accented characters however. I can do a search for words with no accents but that will lead to trouble when I only want to change the word if it has an accent.
Any advice would be great!

John, perhaps it works in CS5 but not in CS3.
Peter, the problem is not in the replacement word or looping through that array backwards or forwards. The problem is finding a word with an accented character using the GREP mode.
In using the Find/Replace dialog I cannot find André. Nor Andr\x{00E9}, using Unicode. So if the dialog won't work it appears a script won't work. If I use "Andre" in the Search field it will find "Andre" and "André."
However I did find that if I change the GREP function in the script to the text mode I can find only words with accented characters and then replace them to my heart's content.

Hi Charvi,
You can use wild card search to ensure you get multiple similar values listed as search output.use * for multiple characters and ? for single character.
For Example, Ravi * would result you all employees with first name as Ravi
You can use various search formats such as * Ravi * and * Ravi and Ra?? etc.
