I cant seem to sync phone to tranfer music to iphone?

how come i cant download my music to iphone?

I'm having the same trouble. Sometimes restarting both the mac and the iDevice will help, but not always.
I restarted in OS X Recovery System mode and rand the Disk Utility and dozens of permissions problems were discovered! THe trouble is Disk Utility can not seem to fix them and when I reinstalled iTunes 11.1.1 from the Apple site there was no improvement.
My music library is close to 400gb and I get VERY nervous updating or working on iTunes for fear of losing something. Most is on CD somewhere though there is not time enough in this life to to re-rip everything.
What is worse is I just bought Capo 3 and when I drag my songs from iTunes to Capo 3 it says all my files are bad. It does work if I move the songs directly from the iTunes folder under Music.

Plug your iPod in and when it appears in iTunes, click on it from under Devices in the left hand pane. This brings you to the Summary tab. Locate and click on the Music tab. What configurations do you have made from under this tab? Is your iPod configured to sync those playlists?

Cant seem to sync my Iphone how I want it to be. Please help...

I've tried to sync my phone and cant seem to get this right. I had an old Iphone which I had to change. I used to sync before with Entouarage. I'm using know ical and Address book.
When I first coneceted my new iphone, I was prompet to new iphone or restore with old phone, I did a restore.
The problem is that I cant seem to be able to sync my phone with address book, I erased all of my contacts in Entouarage, clicked in the itunes all contacts, synced and all my contacts in my iphone were erased. I imported back all of my contacts to Entouarage, synced and have all my contacts bac.
What I'm I supposed to do, to sync all my contacs from address book since all of my updated info is there?
Ive deleted sync history, I sync and get duplicated contact in my iphone then.
This is frustrating for me. Please help!!

Hi Beatriz, by restoring your new iPhone from backup and using Address Book instead of Entourage, you may be confusing the sync process, as the backed up restore data is probably thinking it is from Entourage and not Address Book. Then you change ships and sync to Address Book, so even though the ultimate data of your contacts is the same, the iphone and Address Book think they are different, as they weren't yet synced with each other.
What I would try is to import all your Contacts into Address Book from Entourage. When you are satisfied with that data, I would quit the applications and log out. Log back in.
I would then restore your iPhone, to the point of deleting all data on it, and starting fresh.
I would next sync your iphone, selecting the replace all Contacts on iPhone option.

ITunes won't sync all of my music to iPhone 4s

iTunes won't sync all of the music, it is skipping random songs, they still come up on the Music on the phone but cannot be played.. If anyone knows how to fix this please help.

Was this music purchased from iTunes or ripped? I have had problems in the past when I changed Apple IDs, and the content purchased through my previous account would not sync. If memory serves, I think it was an issue to do with the Mac not being authorised to access my old account. Signing in with my old account and authorising it resolved it. Not sure if this helps, but thought I would share.

I think you have to choose which program you want to sync with, when your phone is pluged in and iTunes is up, go to contacts, calendars, and a drop down menu should pop up. you should be able to select outlook fom the list.

What happens when you try? Are you seeing a warning about deleting your iTunes library? Did you copy your iTunes library from the old computer? Did you have a backup of the old computer that contained the iTunes folder/library?

To sync photos from a Mac or Windows PC to Apple TV (1st generation) using photo applications
Make sure you have iTunes 9.0.2 or later.
In iTunes, select the Apple TV icon in the Devices list.
Click the Photos tab.
Select "Sync photos from: ..."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.
Note: Some versions of Photoshop Album and Photoshop Elements don't support collections. You can still use them to sync all your photos.

I contacted Hyundai and they are aware of this issue with 2011, 2012 and 2013 Sonatas. The problem is caused by the new IOS from Apple not working with the Bluetooth in these vehicles. A new system update from Sonata which will fix this issue is expected by September or October of this year (2013). They suggest you contact your dealer around that time and make arrangements to install the new version into your Sonata.

Cant sync most of my music onto iphone 4

Im having problems syncing my iphone 4. Contacts, messages and apps etc have all synced ok onto iphone 4 however it doesnt put most of my music on there. I have a playlist i use to sync for my old 3g phone, but when i try to sync to new 4g i get error message saying 'could not copy .... to sams iphone because unknown error occured (-50)'
can anyone help me?

The 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tickbox should be on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) e.g.
For the backup, if you mean that you are backing up your phone to your computer's iTunes then that does not contain any of your iTunes downloads, nor the contents of the Music and Videos apps - if you tried to restore to that backup then it would look for your apps, music, films etc from the relevant part of your iTunes library, not within the actual backup (that contains things such as documents, photos, bookmarks, contacts etc)

Cant seem to put more than 41 songs on ipod shuffle

i cant seem to sync more than 41 songs onto my new ipod shuffle and can not figure out why. i have tried to sync my entire music library on itunes and still the same 41 songs that i put on first appear and nothing more. plz help.......

Even with 2GB storage space you should be able to sync more then 41 songs although bear in mind, it's not about how many songs but the song files sizes.
Instead of trying to sync your entire library, try syncing your fav songs first, say 25 at a time.
