I cant send an email, when i click on compose nothing happens

I have a MacBook Pro, trying to send an email but when I click on compose nothing happens.

Try quitting Mail (command+Q), restart your Mac, then try again. If that doesn't work and this is your iCloud email account, try going to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Mail, restart your Mac, then go back and check Mail again. (This removes, then adds back the account.)

what version of iPHoto do you have? Of the OS? is the iPhoto icon you are speaking of in the Dock?

Somehow my "IPhoto" icon now says "Preview". When I click on "Preview" nothing opens up except the bar says Preview. When I click on the Preview on the bar, a box opens up with different items, except when I click on any of them, there is nothing there. The only thing that work is the "quit preview". However, it is still there where my IPhoto icon should be. I can't get into my IPhoto. How do I get rid of this "Preview" and how did it end up taking over the IPhoto icon???

Let's start with the general things.
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Those Apps listed in the iTunes Apps library will only work with iOS devices. They are not designed to work on your Macbook Air system.

iMovie suggest's it (as Share to iDVD) - but on Newer Macs - Apple decided it to not deliver iDVD any way.
If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
• iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
• DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
• Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
• Burn - only free alternative I know of on internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

When i click on ITUNES nothing happens. Tried repairing, still nothing happens.

I was having the same problem, that when I click my shortcut or the icon on the tray by the start button, I get an hourglass but nothing ever happens. I read these posts, and I did this:
First, I repaired iTunes and QuickTime under my add/remove programs. I had clicked my iTunes icon previously, and ironically, I had problems repairing QT because it said iTunes was currently trying to use it, even though iTunes wasn't appearing on my desktop.
When I accessed QT, it worked perfectly, and when I clicked the link on the QT player to the "free single of the week" I was directly linked to my iTunes and it worked.
iTunes also worked when I accessed the program through my start menu.
The iTunes icon on the tray also worked when I clicked on it with the Task Manager open.
See if any of these things work for you, I am suspecting that perhaps there is just a problem with the icon and the shortcut. Does anyone know how to fix those?

The items that you can purchase from iTunes in the form of apps are for either an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) or for Mac Computers.
The chances are the app you have downloaded is either written for an iPhone or iPad (iOS device -although even then there can be differences) or for a Mac computer (even then it may be OS version specific)
In a search for "Miss Kitty Slot" in iTunes I found this
It says it is an iPhone App.
