I cant sign into an internet site. I am being blocked at the log in level. The log in page repeatedly returns rather than allowing me to enter my account. The site suggested I lower my security level but reading other answers to your forum problems it was stated that foxfire does not have security levels to allow for cookies/security levels to be changed. Help

have similar problem when trying to log into Evony, game starts to load then returns to starting page. this started all of a sudden aprox. 6 days ago, had made no changes to browser or game account. Evony support suggested clearing cache and a few other suggestions which were done but still will not log in.

I have same problem. Anytime I am required to sign in it defaults to email account no longer valid. When get new ID with correct email, pop us still come with old email, so new pass word doesn't work. Sure saves me money, can't buy anything from App Store. Will become useless brick soon.

Im not sure if this have been posted recently or not but im having problems with my itunes. it wont let me sign into my account. it doesnt even give me a reason for it. i cant purchase. if i click purchase my sign in will pop up and i'll enter my password (which hasnt changed) the pop up will disapear and nothing. no purchase. if i click account at the bottom of the store it would load up. what else is on my ipod touch it does the exact same thing. but on my ipod i get a message of 'unable to access your itunes' its really annoying. one other thing is the main apple support site wont open on my computer either. whats going on. someone please help

ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

Once the maximum number (three) of iCloud accounts have been created from a single device, you cannot create any more no matter what you do. You will need to create your iCloud account on another device or reuse one of the accounts that has already been created on this device.

When I try to sign in to my iTunes account on both my computer, an error pops up saying,
"We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occured (5002)
There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."
When I trying signing into my account on my iPod, I get a message saying,
"Cannot connect to iTunes store"
I have seen across the internet that this has happened while trying to purchase things, but I can not even sign in!
I have also seen a case just like this, but many, many people were having that problem at the same time.
It seems like right now, only I am having this issue.
I can sign into my mother's iTunes account perfectly fine. ( I was using her account for a while, until I decided to switch to my own)
I have had an apple ID for a while now, but never have used it for iTunes.
I can sign into the "my apple id" website perfectly fine, just not iTunes on my iPod or computer!
I can not even sign into the appstore! (When trying to sign into the app store, it just says an unknown error occured, it doesn't say 5002)

I bought my mac with iMovie in it when it comes time to upgrade it, it doesn't let me upgrade and says to sign into the account I bought it with, but it already came included when I bought it from the apple store. How can I upgrade it?

Like I said when I bought my mac in the apples store, iMovie was already included. When it comes time to upgrade it, it won't let me and it says to sign into the account I used to purchase it. But I didn't purchase it, it came along with the computer. How do I get it to upgrade?

Try opening the Mac App Store and go to the Purchases tab. See if you see the preinstalled iMovie App there. You may have to accept it into your Apple ID if you have not done so already. Then it should upgrade.

After a few hours of use, the iPod started asking him to log into an Apple ID account that he doesn't recognize. It appears to be a gmail address of a friend of mine who has never used any of my Apple products. What is going on and how do I stop it? We have to keep hitting 'cancel' every time it comes up. Sounds like apps purchased from those accounts got synced to the iPod and it is asking to log into that account to update them.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
What do yo see if yo go to the Updates Section of the App Store app?

My dad bought a new retina macbook pro over a year ago.
The pre-installed iPhoto and iMovie applicaitons get this error when trying to download an update:

We are logged into the only account that he has ever had.
He has mountain lion.
It's very annoying and there's no way we know of to get around it. Searching and searching online led nowhere.

As requested... You need to use the SAME Apple ID that Originally made the Purchase of whatever Application you are trying to Update.

That's because the Mac, OS X and the iLife apps that came preinstalled on the Mac all belong to the previous owner. The previous owner needs to call Apple care and have their Apple ID disassociated from the Mac. Then the hard drive needs to be totally erased and OS X and the iLife apps reinstalled using OS X Recovery.
