I cant stand the wasting of my time ANY LONGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I just bought PS Elements 12- cannot get the X$

I am just sick to death of wasting my precious time.  Purchased PS Elements 12 a few weeks back from Amazon  FULL VERSION PC/MAC.  I have tried 6 times today to put the Adobe Download Assistant in; it downloads and the bar just SITS THERE!  Wont move on to where I can input my serial #'s--3 times was in a chat with a technical support person and 3 times cut off!  If it didnt cost me so much money I swear to GOD I WOULD BUST IT IN A MILLION PIECES I HATE THIS
