I cant start Adobe Ae CC

Every time i start adobe Ae it force closes, On Creative Cloud it says that its up to date. I dont know what to do, Please help.
Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit.

It's hard to tell what's the problem but...
1. Try to remove preferences/set it to default: Reset After Effects Preferences
... if that doesn't help ...
2. Try to uninstal Adobe After Effects then use Creative Cloud Removal Tool Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then (after system restart) instal AE one more time.

  • I cant install adobe master collection cs5 or cs6 in maverick 10.9.4

i cant install adobe master collection cs5 or cs6 in maverick 10.9.4, i cant install, the instalation stop in 4% in adobehelp ... any idea?

I can't get into the installation menu. The third CD does work correctly, i'm not sure about the second CD. Is it possible that the CD is broken? Like maybe there is one file missing or something I don't know.

Have you tried to install in English instead of Dutch? Did you check the various tips from the knowledge base? Can't see anything obvious here - it seems to correctly recognize everything but then still refuses to install... Mylenium

  • Acrord32.exe system error the program cant start because msvcp100.dll

    Hello Adobe Community,
Im having problems with an XP Pro machine that is joined to a domain where i keep getting the following error message : " acrord32.exe system error the program cant start because msvcp100.dll"
I can temporarily solve this by uninstalling Adobe Reader and then reinstalling it. But the next day the computer restarts the same error comes up again. In other forum there was a solution to install Microsoft Visual C++. I installed it but the same problem happen again the next day. The Adobe Reader version I have installed its XI (11.0.03). If you guys could help me with this issue that would be great

It's not C++ you need to install, but the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package.  But I have no idea why this happens again the next day.

  • Error message when starting Adobe Illustrator CC [Error loading plugins   AppBarControls.aip]

    Hello,
I get the following error message when I start Adobe Illustrator CC.
    Error loading plugins
    AppBarControls.aip
Then it gives me the option to continue by clicking okay. When it opens, the Application Bar is just blank.
I've tried uninstalling, then ran Adobe CC Cleaner, then downloaded and reinstalled.
    Computer details : OS X 10.9.5, 1.3 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    Help is kindly appreciated!

I also have had a difficult time with Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 crashing upon launch.  The support staff was great even though we had to work through several sessions.  Below is the email explaining our final session.
This email is in regards with the issue you had been facing with Illustrator CC 2014.
While going through the installer logs, we found that there was an issue with the installation & the program installer had been denied access to several critical files & folders during installation.
This was the main reason for Illustrator crash as several critical components had not been installed properly.
We tried installing the program in a new user account & that worked.
Though the program has been installed properly now & is working in your old account, I will still strongly recommend you to get your computer user account repaired with a Windows 7 operating system diskette.
This is required so that you do not run into more trouble later while working with the Adobe Applications or even while installing other programs.

    Thanks for all the help.

  • Error when starting Adobe Bridge

Everytime I start Adobe Bridge I get a "Adobe Bridge has stopped working" error message.  I have tried uninstalling all of my Adobe apps and reinstalling them.  I have tried launching holding the ctrl key and still get the same error.  I have updated everything on my system but still continue to get an error message when launching the Bridge.  Also, I have tried launching both the 64 bit and the 32 bit versions but still continue to get the error message.
The details of the error message are as follows.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

  • Start Adobe Photoshop CS4

Is it at all possible to start adobe photoshop cs4 automatically when I start up windows 7? instead of starting the application manually.

You can put a shortcut to the app in the Startup group.
    Do this:
    1.  Click Start, then Right-click All Programs when the menu appears.
    2.  Navigate down into Programs \ Startup.
    3.  I'm not sure where you have the shortcut or menu item that you currently start Photoshop from, but open up another Explorer window and navigate to that place.  No need to do this if it's on your desktop.
    4.  Drag a COPY of the shortcut into the Startup folder from step 2 above.
    5.  Log off then back onto Windows to see Photoshop start when you log in.

You may have to follow the slightly more detailed steps in whichever of these two applies to you.
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Rebooting into safe mode may be needed to delete any folder the instructions say you should remove. You may also find this Microsoft Fixit helps to remove stubborn components. It has taken some people several attempts to completely clean iTunes and supporting software before they have been able to successfully reinstall it.

  • Trying to install the newest version of itunes on my pc and am getting  "program cant start because msvcr80.dll is missing from your computer"  reinstalling doesnt work.  and then it says error 7 (windows error 126)

trying to install the newest version of itunes on my pc and am getting  "program cant start because msvcr80.dll is missing from your computer"  reinstalling doesnt work.  and then it says error 7 (windows error 126).  Any help would be appreciated.  Using Windows 7 enterprise on an hp Z600

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
