the option tell me to review my apple id , because its the first time i use the id. but , when i fill up the question , it need a itune gift code.
so i cant finish the review , any body know how to finish this prob ?

If you set up the Apple ID the way you did yoo need a valid payment method like a credit card or redeem an iTunes gift card.
You can create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Maybe try this, on iPhone tap Settings App>select Store, near bottom>select Apple ID: at bottom>select Sign Out. Then sign in again. Worth a quick try.

Hello, my friend has been using my Apple ID but now he bought a new iPod and he wants to have his own Apple ID but also transfert everything from his old one to the new one. You said, "the 4 also has signal and wifi whereas the 5 has only wifi". By "signal", I'm assuing that you mean cellular signal. If so, that means your iPhone 4 is still active on your cellular number and your iPhone 5 is not. Contact your carrier to sort out which phone is active on your account.
