I cant view my photos aperture 2

Please help Im in a pickle, Because of various problems with Kernal Panic which Apple are dealing with currently. I deleated my Aperture 2 vault by mistake. I had backed up the files to a seperate Hard drive but when i open Aperture 2 it shows me the folders and when i hovver over the folders it tells me how many photos are contained in each folder but i cannot open a folder

Does this mean that you are trying to recover the complete library or the vault?

What sort of file structure are these backed up files and folders (e.g., referenced images copied to second location, images exported out of Aperture 2)?
We need some more info to try and help if possible.
Aperture (all versions) need the images imported to allow any interaction. Can you look in these folders in Finder and see images?

What version of the OS and of iPhoto '08? What has changed since it worked? where is your iPhoto library located? If on an external disk what format is it (hint it must be Mac OS extended (journaled) ). Have you "cleaned up your Mac using any software - like CleanMyMac2 or MacKeeper or others (Hint - do not run clean up software - it is not needed and often causes major problems)
If you have not cleaned up your Mac backup your iPhoto library and launch iPhoto while holding down the option and command keys until the first aid window appears - repair permissions and if needed repeat and rebuild your database

How can i delete synced photos on my ipad, when i cant view the photos on my pc

i cant view my photos on my pc, but it already synced my photos from my library and i want to remove them.

If you want to remove them all, connect your iPad to your computer via iTunes. Once your iPad is recognized on the left side, click on the device once to open it in iTunes. Click on Photos and uncheck Sycn All Photos and click apply and they will be removed.

To share your photos on a Windows PC (or any operating system) select them and export (file menu ==> export) to a destop folder - see this user tip for export optipons - and then in the finder right click on that folder and burn to disk

HELP! Cant view my photos on publish site...

Having created my website in iweb, I have added a photo gallery, once the site is 'published' no one can view the photos on the big wide web, have deleted page and re-designed, re-added, but no joy, can anyone help and advise? I'm at a complete blank and really dont know what to do, please help!

Glad someone can see the pics, I can see it on my Mac but hubby, family and friends are still on PC and cant see gallery at all, they get the an error that says 'undefined' is null or not an object line 46Char

If you have a boot SSD, no way.
If you have a boot hard drive, not Filevaulted, you can STOP using the computer as it writes to the drive all the time.
You then have a choice of taking your computer to a local PC/Mac repair shop, and say you need "Data Rescue" to recover deleted files out of a deleted Guest Account, it will cost a few hundred dollars.
Or you can do it yourself, for a external hard drive (blank) and $100 Data Rescue type software.
Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive
When you install OS X on a external drive, you won't be booting into OS X that has the deleted files, just the Recovery HD partiton that's seperate.

I am having trouble viewing my photos i have saved onto my external hard drive from my iMac on any other computer or laptop, its the same when i burn a disk. I have recently got married and would like to burn my wedding photos for my family but they dont have iMac.

Cant view my photos and listen to my music on N96

I use a Nokia N96 which i have had for 12 months or so now. However, in the last few days, i have noticed that i cannot access my photos and also can not listen to my music. Each time i attempt listening to music, it tells me general system failure. The only way i can view my pics now is to open the phone memory and view them one by one. I can view them from menu and then photos.
Can anybody give me an idea of what the problem is?. I have restored all the settings to the factory settings but i am still having this problem.

There is no disk mode on the iPhone so your work computer cannot directly access the music. This is part of the closed system on the iPhone (remember, originally there was no 3rd party software) to try to protect the iPhone. No one here knows if they will ever change this.

Why have my photos on my iphone 4s gone to jpeg format, I cant view my photos

I got a new Iphone(4gs) yesturday & transfered all my bits to my new phone from my old(3gs) my photos where all on there but then all of a sudden last night they turned to jepeg's, there is no picture showing when you scroll through just a white screen saying jpeg, out of my 600 photos i have the 1st 24 that downloaded fine & then a ramdon few that must of been ok , I really havent got a clue what has fone on.

All iPhone photos are in jpeg format. If some don't display, they were corrupted during the transfer. How did you transfer them?

IPhone cant view emailed photos

My wife and I both have iPhones. When i email her a picture from my iPhone or from anywhere and she opens the email all that will appear in a gray thin line at the top of the body of the email. My phone does not have this problem though, any ideas to help. Thank you!

I just recently upgraded from 5.0.1 to ios 6.0.1. I can recieve pictures but when i click to enlarge it wont open the file.Is it the ios itself or do i have to adjust my settings.

Turn the phone Off and then On.
That should take care of that issue.
If not then do a quick reboot by holding the HOME and On/Off button down together until the apple logo appears.

Phonebooth is in your home folder under pictures with Iphoto and Ichat. Deleting pigtures from phonebooth should not remove any from Iphoto library. Something else had to happen.

Cant view photos. Says they are corupt or too large

I only recently purchased this laptop 1 year ago and I recently got married and have been given a USB with all of my phots on it. I cannot view them on my laptop. it comes up with photos are corrupt or damaged or too large. I can view them on my other computer I have at home with no problems and I can have the photos running in my background on my laptop but cant view them seperatly.

Cant view photos on iPhoto following iPhoto upgrade and reinstall after back up

I backed up my HD, i then reinstaled everything. Iphoto was missing, I upgraded to OS X 10.9 and then upgraded to iphoto 9.5
I cant see any photos at all
Ive tried rebuilding but no joy
I can see lots of files in finder/pictures with the sufix .apalbum im assuming these are the reinstalled photos following back up
but nothing showing on iphoto
