Please, help me. I BOUGHT A PREMIUN ACCOUNT USING AN IPHONE, NOW I HAVE A SAMSUNG S6 AND I DONT HAVE A PREMIUN ACCOUNT AND APPLE CONTINUOS CHARGING THE MONEY FOR THE PREMIUN ACCOUNT. WHAT CAN I DO? HOW CAN I USE THAT ACCOUNT INTO MY SAMSUNG? I THOUGHT I WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED USING MY SAME ACCOUNT BUT IT DIDNT.

You can cancel the Premium you are being charged by apple on your Apple ID settings.
If you have an iOS device, open the App Store and scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID
Login and you should see a section for subscriptions. Cancel the Spotify one.
Now you can resubscribe on spotify.com.
As a plus you will now get charged $10 instead of $12

If you registered your iPhone with Apple using a support profile, try going to https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do and unregistering it. Also, try changing the password associated with the Apple ID that you were using for iMessage.

Email should not be a problem, text messages can be but not email if it is set up correctly on your new phone.

In your case you can only restore from a backup that has been created with the same iOS version. An iPhone 4 can only run 7.1.2, and, unless your iPhone 5 did not run the same version, you can't use a newer iOS backup of the 5 on the iPhone 4

On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud
Make sure Contacts is switched ON. It may take a few minutes for the data to sync via Wi-Fi.
If you are using iCloud, there's no need to connect your iPhone to a computer via iTunes to sync your contacts.

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. This will return it to its new out of the box condition. Go through the setup screens again and you will be given the option to restore from a previous iTunes or iCloud backup (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2109).

You should have turned iMessage off before disabling the phone. Do you still have the phone so you can turn iMessage off? If not, you will need to go to Apple support on their website and delete the product from your profile.
