I had my ipad and iphone connected to icloud. But since i changed emails, i had to change my apple id (i did not create a new one). now, i can no longer have icloud in my devices as apparently you need to wait 90 days or something to add a device. but it is the same device, same apple id account, just changed the email

Hi. Did you ever get an answer to your question? It sounds like my problem now. I changed my email address, so I changed my iCloud email address to match my new email address.
Now my device (iPod Touch) will not let me change my email address in iCloud settings. If I choose to delete the account, it says that all stuff backed up in iCloud will be DELETED on the device!
Yikes! I'm not ready to take that chance! Anyway, did you get an answer?

I moved my iTunes library to my external hard drive some time ago and I followed the directions listed here on the apple support page. It did copy my library and now is on my hard drive... I can open iTunes and use it to sync all of my devices but I would like to play my music... I can see all of my music files but can not play them if I click on an album or song it says the following: "(file name) could not be used because the original file cannot be found. Would you like to locate it?" I click locate but do not know where to go from there? I need a way to access all files and not to hunt down one at a time on my hard drive... I am pretty sure I deleted the original library to make space on my internal drive which was the reason for moving it. I have tried and tried to fix it and do not have a lot of time to do so with a one and two year old at my house who do not like it whenI sit down at my computer. What to do??? Any help is much appreciated!!!

See Make a split library portable. Move all of the bits of the library together in the the correct shape and it should work. Or undo exactly what you did and then start over.
If you're a former Windows user don't try merging two folders together that have the same name by dropping one into the same folders as the other, as that goes badly on a Mac.

Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

I changed my Apple ID and my email address, and now neither the new or old ID's work. Any solutions? (this ID is my mobileme one which I don't generally use).

The Problem is resolved by :
Click on the "Start" button. Click "Run." Type the word "cmd" in the open box. When the DOS screen comes up, type "netsh winsock reset." Press "Enter." Type "exit" to close the DOS window and go back to Windows.
Restart the computer.

That was probably caused by your Firewall blocking the newly installed version of Firefox.
No known security issues with Firefox 3.6.17, which was just released this past week.

TS1538 cannot sync any of my devices since downloading the new version of Itunes to my windows 8.1 system

I just downloaded the newest version of ITunes on my Windows 8.1 operating system Now none of my devices will sync with ITunes. Not my older Ipad, Ipod nano or my new IPhone 5s. I did not have this issue with the previous version of ITunes.

Cannot sync any of my devices wirelessly all of a sudden

I had been able to sync wirelessly all of my devices (ipod, iphone and ipad) but all of a sudden it does not work at all. I can sync with the wire to the computer, but i don't like doing that. I have gone on to make sure there have been no changes and everything is set up, no changes. I have tried unchecking and checking again, still does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Restart your router, PC.
Also clean up all Apps in Multitask window on your device then restart the device. Wait for a few minutes for iTunes to identify your device over WIFI.

Office 2008 and 2011 are compatible with OS X Mavericks.
If you are using Office 2008, I highly recommend you to reinstall the latest Office 2008 update > http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36897 Note that Office 2008 is not supported by Microsoft anymore

I have changed my apple-id but I cannot change it on my iCloud

I have changed my apple-id but I cannot change it on my iCloud so it still comes up with the old apple-id and asks for the old password. Problem is that the old apple-id is an e-mail account that is closed so I cannot get the information sent on the old account. I can access the iCloud account on my mac but not through iTunes so I cannot retrieve old information or activate Find my iPhone.
When I try to delete my iCloud account on my iPhone it comes up with my old apple-id and will not accept my old password so I cannot delete the iCloud account.
It is driving me crazy. Any ideas?
