I changed my iPhone for a refurbished one on apple store and it came broken
I have all possible products of apple and on july I gave to my nephew one iPhone 4, because i had bought a new iphone 5, that used to be mine. It had a broken screen so, when I was traveling to France I payed 149 euros and changed it for a new one. When I got back to Brazil i discovered that my iPhone 4 wasn't turning on. I took it to an authorized store and they told me that my iPhone was liquid damaged. But i didn't even take it of the bag during the trip.
I have already tried switching it in the US but I failed again. Can anyone help me dealing with this situation?
I'm really disappointed with apple, I was about to buy a new Mac but I'm not doing it anymore. I'm going to US on february, Can I try anything there? I dont want to pay the 149 dollars again!
As you say, you can try anything, but whether or not you will get results is another matter. You are asking the US store to exchange a broken phone from France that you have presumably had for several weeks already. Of course the ultimate answer is you should have tried it the second you received it. With that kind of thing I wouldn't even walk out of the store without trying it first.
Take it into a Store in the US. They can only say no.

You need to take your phone to an Apple Store in the US. You can purchase an Out of Warranty replacement if the phone is damaged. Cost is $269+ tax.
You cannot upgrade to a 5S at an Apple store; at best, you can turn in your current phone to get a gift card towards the purchase of another.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) -

Apple doesn't "block" that device. They just don't support the Bluetooth profiles the Destiny pen requires. You can see the Bluetooth profiles included in iOS here:

2 days ago my iphone fall into a sink full of water. Yesterday I went to apple store and ask for apple care for iphone and they have it. So, I bought it and registered it right away since my iphone still be in a garentee and still not surpass one year usage. Then they told me that my iphone problem considered in a "physical damage case" which they have a policy for claiming a new iphone and pay some fee. After I got my new iphone, they said that all the information and phone data which is registered into apple system about the phone and the user and bla bla bla will transfer to my new iphone. Today, I just check my phone serial number in "support & coverage " column and I found that all the phone data in apple system is already transfered from the old one to the new one EXCEPT the data of apple care that I already registered before I claimed the new phone. Now, the question is " What can I do ? " and " will it be transferd to my new iphone or I have to buy a new apple care for my NEW PHONE That I got from their service "
Placing your iPhone in the toilet was the correct thing to do but you should have purchased an android phone instead. That would have solved these issues. :-)

No, not for a warranty or out of warranty replacement. Any iOS device will be replaced with an identical device. Heck, Apple still has original iPhone service units in stock for out of warranty replacement and battery replacement of 1st generation iPhones from 2007. -

They should have one in Stock, but you never know. Call your Apple Store and tell them you have an iPhone 5 color and GB, and that you most likely will need a replacement, do they have any in Stock. If yes, go in, if not ask for advice on how to handle your problem.
