I changed my nick name in Game Centre and lost all my data friends, achievements etc how do I retrieve it all?

I changed my nick name in Game Centre and I didn't realise this would cause me to loose all my data . how do I recover it any ideas please?

Never sync a device to a computer's itunes that you do not normally sync to - that will sync their stuff and lose yours.
Try to go to settings>icloud and check which icloud account (if any) the device is connected to (it should not be the one you've been connecting to). If wrong, scroll to bottom of page a press the Delete Account button. Then log back into icloud using your ID. This should bring back your old contacts, calendars, etc. data. However, this will not bring back the apps and their data. If you have had icloud backup turned on in the past, try restoring from an old backup (before the incident with the friend's MBP).

You can't do it on your own. The previous owner has to erase the device for you. You would need his Apple ID and password in order to delete his iCloud account. This is due to the Activation Lock in iOS 7 - assuming that your iPad is running iOS 7.
Contact the owner and ask home to erase it remotely using iCloud, or return the device and ask for your money back. If you can't contact the pervious owner, you will have a useless iPad on your hands.

I have the same problem.. EXACTLY. . When phoning Apple Support they had trouble understanding my problem and couldnt find any type of solution. No one seems to take responsibility for GameCenter issues. The assistant escalated the problem but no one could find an answer. .
The only idea was to set up a new apple id, hence a new GameCenter account. . But that would loose all the itunes data. Anyone got ideas ?

My daughter set up a game centre on her ipad. My son, on his ipad used the same game centre log in. He then set up his own game of clash of clans. After my son set up his Clash of Clans, my daugher set up her own Clash of Clans using the same game centre log in on her ipad. One day my son signed into someone elses Clash of Clans, since then he is unable to go back to his Clash of Clans and can only see his sisters.

Thanks for taking a stab at it: that didn't prove to be the problem. That option in the settings for tabbed browsing was not checked.
I may be a bit behind the times: I am used to tabbed browsing showing all the tabs it possibly can, instead of just the last one. Sometimes it won't even show the last tab: I can have 15 tabs open, and not see a single tab. I've been confused by this into closing a window with lots of tabs open, because it looks like a single page-window.
My main problem with the tab-bar flashing to the end of the row is that it means a great deal more mouse-clicking around to browse.
I haven't tried installing the latest beta. Maybe that would fix the problem.

Apple Game Centre And Facebook Link Problem!

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the app Treasure Diving! One of the achievements acquired is to link your Facebook page to the game! It's one of the first thing's the game asks you to do! I have done this and my friends on Facebook are in my game friends list so I know it is working! However according to the game centre it isn't linked and I haven't achieved the Facebook link on the achievement list! This is extremely annoying since the game as asked me to complete all the achievements! As part of the game that I have already done, it is so annoying that it hasn't been acknowledged by game centre! Has anyone else had a problem with game centre and the Facebook link? Does anyone know if this issue is being worked on and going to be fixed any time soon?

Hi Niten,
As said by others it is not possible to change the technical name of any BW Object as there are too many complexities involved. However a possible option is create another ODS/cube and queries as the copy of the existing one and then transfer all the data.

Yea its a good thing to update because 95% of the Time a Rep. may ask for the Primary owner of the lines and if your not that person you can't hardly do squat with it. Case in point with my With our Lines my Mom was the Primary owner and i couldn't do Anything with out them wanting to talk to her first. On all of these devices, go to: Settings > iCloud and make sure they're updated with the new password. If you're talking about Macs, go to: "System Preferences > iCloud" too.
