Go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Also, since you have IOS-7, read this.

T he general concensus to fix this is to turn off Facebook and iMessage for a couple of minutes. Then turn them back on again and it seems to get them activated.

The phone remembers recently used numbers just like how Mail remembers recently used email addresses. As time goes by the phone will eventually forget unused number that are not in your contacts as long as you do not use it. Same for unused email addresses that are not in your contacts.

Then the bottom of the support document states that if you do not have access to the device (which unfortunately because of the screen issue you do not) to contact Apple Care. That is what you need to do.

Not exactly sure what you mean by contaminated, but there is currently no known e-mail that could impact the Apple Mail application as you have described.
Without knowing who your e-mail provider is and what type of account (IMAP or POP3) we can't advise you as to what those settings might be.
One way to fix it would be to delete the account from Apple Mail Preferences->Accounts and add it back.

When it stopped and said error, what was the error? You are saying that you disconnected the phone from the computer and all you see is the USB showing on the phone? Then you need to reconnect to the computer and restore the phone.

I currently have Imessage turned off on my phone since there is no blocking feature on the Iphone 4. If I change my phone number and turn on Imessage, how do I make sure I won't get Messages from person I have blocked?

I have the Iphone 4 but before this I had a different phone and had blocked someone from contacting me via calls/texts. Unbeknownst to me, when I got the Iphone 4, that I cannot block Imessages. I have turned off Imessage for the time being but I'm seriously considering changing my phone number. If I change the number with my carrier and turn Imessage back on, what do I have to do to ensure that any previous messages don't come through and any future messages cannot be sent?

im having issues with my icloud since forever. i change my apple ID and i thought it would change my icloud as well but it doesnt. my icloud still stuck on my old hotmail. and due to security question i dont know about because that hotmail i had was created when i was 12 -.- now im 23 how the heck would i remember what was my fav thing before. so this kinda suck.....
and password wise i forgotten because i dont usually use iclouds but it keep popping up after i change my phone and honestly its freaking annoying.

It sounds like you are having trouble using your AppleID because you cannot remember your security questions. I recommend you try and use the following article to help you try and resolve that with a rescue email address. If you don't have one, or do not have access to it, there is also a link go contact Apple directly for additional assistance.

i changed my entire phone number area code and all like an hour ago. My phone says i have service but none of my text messages go through and i get a busy signal everytime i try to call anyone. What went wrong??? Help!

Well, the thing is i cant call any number. even *288. I just get a busy signal on everything. And i have rebooted the phone. My phones information is still showing its identifying itself under the old number while the new number is whats on my account.

I go to settings as suggested but the account area is grayed out and will not let me open. Need help on how to fix this problem. I tried sync with my PC and that did not help either.

It sounds like you might need to contact Yahoo! if you aren't able to setup your email account as a new account after deleting it.
