I changed the batteries in my 10 key and now I can't get it to connect

I have changed the batteries in my 10 Key and now can't get it to connect with my computer. The keyboard works fine but the 10 Key green light comes on then turns off immediately.

Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...sign back in with the ID you want to use.
Note: Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using any other Apple ID other than the one they were originally obtained with.

If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

I logged in changed the primary E-Mail address to a different one, vertified it then tried to log in it said either to send an E-Mail to veritify again or to do my security questions, so I choose to do the security questions and put in my Birthday like it asked and it said that it was wrong and I had to authenticate it to get in, why is it so hard to just set up a Apple ID really though!
So I tried the E-Mail to and it has not sent me an E-Mail then I tried to log in again and it has locked me out of my account so I try to recover my password and it gave me the same options to get my password back and both options are doing the same as before, it says I don't know my on birth date or it is wrong or needs authenticate it, then the E-Mail doesn't come through!

Changed the IP to use a bond and now I can't ping my rac-scan address.

Using Oracle Linux 6.3 and 11.2.0.3 Oracle Rac.
My Database and Clustered RAC were working fine and I could ping my "rac-scan" name that is setup to resolve in DNS for a specific IP address.
I needed to setup a network bond on all the network cards to ensure failover and load balancing at the network layer.
I got the bond working and ping/ssh as I could before. Pinging rac-scan no longer works.
I imagine Oracle has somewhere the rac-scan coming from eth0 instead of bond0?

[root@oracleA bin]# ./oifcfg getif -global
eth5 10.16.11.0 global cluster_interconnect
eth0 10.255.16.0 global public
eth0 is what I changed to be the bond0 combining eth0 and eth1(which was unused).
Is there a way to change eth0 to bond0? Do you know how if or how I could?
Also the address given shows the network address not the actual node ip at the end (10.255.16.101) but I think that is normal from your example.

Start up disk was full and i guess I changed the start up disk by error and now I can't see the dock and not able to change back to original start up disk

On all of these devices, go to: Settings > iCloud and make sure they're updated with the new password. If you're talking about Macs, go to: "System Preferences > iCloud" too.

Ok, so I was able to find one but the one i'm most diappointed is the "free music" app i purchased and it had hundreds of songs that i didn't put on my desk top to save. So just so we're clear, I cannot get that app back again with all my songs if it wasn't in the "purchased" place?
Also,
my husband has a iphone 4 and i've been trying to connect it to our Garmin GPS through bluetooth. Now both devices recognize it but once a call is made or received, nothing goes through the GPS. I've had it working before but it was before a couple of upgrades. It is currently on ios7.2 upgrade. Is that why it won't work?

No, iOS does not do short term incremental back ups to iCloud such as you get with Time Capsule.It backs up when you do soo manually, or if set properly, when the device is plugged in and connected to WiFi. It will not have saved your changes as of 10 minutes prior.
