It also shows where the file saved. There are 4 bottons says: open, open with, open file, and close, if i click on any of them I will get to Mozilla Firefox. This issue is really annoying, so any body please help me.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.

Right-click on your Windows Taskbar and select Start Task Manager. Look in Task Manager for processes running that are Firefox-related, such as Firefox.exe or plugin-container.exe. It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, #p#ly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

If I choose to restore previous tabs, I am further given the option to select which tabs I want restored and which ones I don't want to restore. I always choose to start a new session because all previous tabs consist of work that I have completed in the past (whether it be yesterday or the day before). I, therefore, have no interest in restoring a tab that contained an article about our current economic situation for example. As previously stated, I choose to start a new session every time I receive the "Well this is embarrassing" error message. When I choose this option, I am brought to a fresh tab with no information regarding work, articles, or entertainment from yesterday or some time in the past. I wish to have an explanation as to why this happens. I do not go on any malicious web sites or anything of the sort. This happens every single day. The automatic error message that appears is "Well this is embarrassing." For Firefox to say "Well this is embarrassing" is not close to the response it should give.

Are you searching for a file that you downloaded via Firefox?
If that is the case then you can check the Download Manager (Tools > Downloads) and if that file is listed there then right click that entry and choose > Open Containing Folder. If that entry is grayed then the file is no longer in the original download location and possibly removed by AV software.

You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?

Sounds like you downloaded the OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Update or Combo Update. Neither will work on a version of OS X prior to OS X Mavericks. Those are only used to update an existing install of OS X Mavericks. The Combo will update any version from 10.9.0 thru 10.9.4. The Update will only update version 10.9.4.
You need the full installer of OS X Mavericks from the App Store. However, the App Store no longer offers OS X Mavericks. Yosemite is the new FREE OS X.
