I click the text tool and it opens a new text box with what appears to be a border? How do I eliminate this and get rid of the border on prior text boxes?
Relax. That's a non-printing guide. If you ever want it to print, go to the Graphic Inspector and choose Stroke > Line. You can then adjust the interior space in the Text Inspector > Text > Inset Margin.

I have an Adobe Flash Professionals digital classroom book and was following all steps easily until it ask me to select the text tool and change it from classic to tfl in the property inspector. I looked and all that drops down is dynamic, static, and input. Where is the TFL and Classic ? I watched adobe learning center but he was using CS5. Can anyone please help?

Do you use Flash CS6 to follow the instructions in the classroom book? If yes, then you can find it under text drop down for an AS3 Document as shown below
If you follow the instruction in Flash CC or Flash CC2014 then you will not find this option as this is deprecated.

I'm trying to do a batch crop in camera raw and there is no dropdown option in the crop tool to select inches or pixels. How can I fix this?
Create an action to do the crop and user the image processor to batch process your RAW files and have it use your cropping action in the process.

Just noticed that when I close my mail app by double clicking the home button and swiping up it dies something weird. After doing this when I open my mail, instead of showing all my mailboxes it automatically opens one of them instead. Anyone know why?
Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Photoshop freezes when I click the Text tool.

Adobe Reader deselects the pen tool after making a single mark. How do I fix this?
I have a Surface Pro 2 tablet that deselects the pen tool after I make any kind of mark with it. It works occasionally with the mouse but not the stylus. For example, if I were to write a "41", I'd have to make one stroke, then select the pen tool, and then make the other stroke to complete the "4", select the pen tool again, and then write the "1".
The Adobe Reader is updated to the latest firmware (11.0.10).Wow lol I think that might have been the issue I pressed it a few times and it stopped, thank you!

Some emails have the text message that belongs in another email. How can I fix this?
The message in some emails belongs in another. The "from" and "subject line" does not match what is in the message area. This has only happened since the last upgrade. I haven't changed any of the settings in my Thunderbird email.

When opening a pdf document in Adobe Reader the font of the original document is changed....It becomes a mix of the original font and a new different font. How can i fix this
This issue occurs with most of the PDFs that I open up. I am using the latest version of adobe reader on my windows based machine and it is a general PDF. I saw a similar post online stating that if you look at the fonts used in the document and it doesn't say (Embedded) next to it, then Adobe Reader will try to pull the font(s) from your computer and if it doesn't find that font then it will replace it which makes it look funny.

I'm using Duet 2 Audio Interface with Garageband 09, when I connect my acoustic guitar to the combi jack I get a buzzing/humming sound. How can I eliminate this?
do you have any thing plugged into wall power? Audio interface, computer, speakers, amp for the guitar? if so are they all plugged into the same power strip? if so, have you tried another outlet?
Altertively have you tried a diffrent port on the combo jack? Have you tried a diffrent guitar cable? Have you tried a diffrent guitar or audio input device like a mic? Is the device directly plugged into the combo jack, or is it being routed throughs some thing? -
Prior to a couple weeks ago when I clicked on the Fire Fox icon on my MacBook air it went directly to the Fire fox home page. Now when my computer has been off and I choose the Fire Fox icon, I get a message that Fire Fox is in "offline" mode. I then click the box "try again" it always comes up as usual. What can I do to get away from that "offline" message? I do not have the same problem with my desktop iMac.

Accidently right clicked the blue star and now it is gone. How do I get it back?
I was looking for a way to put the bookmark in the correct category. Right clicked and then I think I clicked an option labelled "menu" but I am not sure because at that point the dialog closed and the blue star is no more.

I'm not completely clear on the GSM / LTE network frequencies in US vs Argentina, but I do know that cross-compatibility can be an issue when buying from one country and using in another. Apple products in particular have this problem. What this sounds like to me is that the phone is not compatible with Argentinian networks; or your friend had an AT&T phone and jail-broke it. This is against the end user licensing agreement, and when the phone is next updated is likely to jam the phone.
