I click to download PS on CC, it says it's downloading then redirects to a blank webpage after a few seconds. Help?
I have the 30 day free trial version of Creative Cloud, and when I click to download PhotoShop it opens a new webpage, says "Photoshop is Downloading" at the top, but then within a few seconds it stops and redirects to a blank webpage. I've tried it many times and it just keeps doing this. I'm on a Mac and my system is up to date.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again from your purchased history. Everytime i go to download an App from my Ipod Touch, the app begins to download with the words, "Waiting" underneath it.

Firefox is locking up VERY frequently after every few seconds unless I minimize the window and maximize it again. But then in a few seconds it locks up again, I am unable to click anything or DO anything and it is becoming extremely annoying! Ya'll just released a new version that I'd hoped would have fixed this issue, apparently not...and I also can't select an option in a drop down box, I have to use my keyboard to do so...

Every time Firefox openedYeah I'm seeing this as well. A force quit and relaunch seems to solve the problem for a while.
IMHO the app has just gone downhill in the last few years. Useful tools like browser history from the back button are hidden / rendered useless (click and hold doesn't work so well from a track pad), and it's performance just isn't what it used to be. -
I downloaded an album recently, but I guess my internet was going in and out the whole time, and now 5 of the 14 songs will cut out after a few seconds. How can I re-download those few songs?

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -

My ibook G4 display greys out after a few seconds, clicking on the screen returns it to normal functioning. I have adjusted the delay times before the computer goes to sleep to no avail, so I'm thinking this issue stems from something else.
Have you tried resetting the PMU? The PMU (Power Management Unit) has control over the sleep function, so resetting it may help if the iBook is sleeping unexpectedly.

Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel. -

For Windows Support Software: the download size is around 600MB - 1GB. Depends on your Mac Model. There are server problems but a good idea is to check from iStat menu's or something else if there is some activity.
Also, make sure that in your network settings:
Uncheck Automatic Proxy Detection
Uncheck Passive FTP Mode -

for example when im now downloading a directX update, so the download starts normaly, but after 15-30 seconds it isn't just making any progres, not eawen if you wait for a while. then I pause the downloading and continue straight after. It si downloading 15-30 seconds agen, and then it stops.

First song downloaded from each CD has a "blip" after about 5 seconds
I just bought a refurbished first generation Nano from the Apple store. When I download songs from a CD to I Tunes and then to my Nano, the first song always has a little blip after about 5 seconds - a moment of silence in the song where something has not been recorded. Is this fix-able, or should I assume the Nano is damaged and return it?
