I cloud control panel doesn´t start

Even the task manager shows a running icloud.exe file, the I cloud control panel is not visible. There is no way to make it visible. Wether in clicking the button in the task bar nor in the system control panel of win 7

- Try to open Control Panel as Administrator (right klick>run as Administrator).
- Make the iCloud-Icon visible in the System Tray and start iCloud from there.

1년 조금 넘게 어도비 CC 정품을 이용해오고 있습니다.
아시다시피 어도비 CC는 어도비 제품들을 원하는대로 다운로드할 수 있잖아요,
저도 많은 제품들을 다운로드해서 쓰고 있었는데 안쓰는 제품들이 몇개 생겨서 제거하려고 합니다.
그런데 제어판에서는 어도비 CC 제품들(포토샵, 애프터이펙트, 오디션 등등)이 뜨질 않네요.
제어판에서 이 제품들을 인식을 못하는거 같은데, 어도비에 전화해보니 C드라이브 들어가서
폴더를 지우라고 하는데, 그냥 제어판이 인식하게 할 수는 없을까요?

I have used Adobe CC products for almost a year.
As you know, I can download any adobe products what I want through it.
I was using a lot of Adobe products, but now, there are some products
that I won't use anymore. So I'm going to delete them.
But windows' control panel doesn't recognize Adobe CC products(like Photoshop, After Effects, Etc..).
So I called to Adobe Korea customer center. They told me that I can go into C drive and delete folders of Adobe products.
This is not the answer what I exactly want. I want to make the control panel can recognize Adobe CC products.
What should I do?

Creative Cloud help says to uninstall CC apps on a Windows PC to do the following:
Open the Window Control Panel > Programs and Features
Choose an app and click Uninstall/Change
Follow on-screen instructions
This information is NOT correct. Programs and Features does not contain all versions of Adobe software installed via Creative Cloud Desktop. It only shows the most current installation. Photoshop is a great example of why this is so. I currently have five versions of Photoshop installed through my Creative Cloud subscription. Windows has difficulty knowing which version to start, much less which to uninstall because the executable file for each version uses the same name--Photoshop.exe. In terms of designating which file types should be opened by which programs, the problem is equally evident. For example, setting current version Photoshop CC 2014 (version 15.1) as the program to open GIF files is not possible because Windows shows it's already done that with the designated program being Photoshop.exe. Of course, all other versions of Photoshop executable files use the name Photoshop.exe. So, it's not surprising that Windows is confused. But that does not help the rest of us.
The original questioner asked how they could get Windows Programs and Features to list CC applications. I don't think that's possible given the way Adobe has configured and named the executable files that Windows relies on. So, I'd add a question for Adobe: How do I uninstall versions of Photoshop and other CC applications that I no longer use. Programs and Features cannot help me--the programs simply are not listed. So, how does Adobe envision users uninstalling CC apps that don't appear in Programs and Features?

Outlook 2010 and the I Cloud Control Panel for Windows

After setting up the I Cloud Control Panel for Windows on my PC and watching it upload and download all of my Outlook 2010 calendar, I find that I now have 4 calendars: my calendar, an I Cloud calendar, another called Pocket Mirror Archive - I Cloud and yet another called Pocket Mirror Conflict - I Cloud. Also, Outlook is now very, very slow and unresponsive when I do anything and hangs up a lot for a minute or so. Do I need to keep all of these calendars open? And what's with the Pocket Mirror Calendars? And which one should I enter things into?
Then when I checked Contacts from Outlook in the Control Panel, it uploaded and downloaded and then permanently hung up with the wheel turning in the setup process - finally had to use Task Manager to exit the Control Panel.
I haven't yet changed my I phone or my I pad or my Macbook Air over to the cloud, mostly afraid to because when I've tried it previously, it caused all kinds of missing calendar items or duplicates and I had to erase it all and re-do the sync with I Tunes, the old way after restoring my .pst file and restoring my phone from a backup.
Do I dare re-connect my phone and ipad to the cloud now that Outlook is uploaded there?
Or must I just forget the cloud completely and stick to I Tunes?
Can anyone help me out with all of this? I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm at my wit's end.

Why are you running Pocket Mirror, do you have a Palm device?
Uninstall Pocket Mirror, delete the 2 Pocket Mirror calendars, ignore 'My Calendar' the iCloud calendar is the one to use.
If you do not uninstall Pocket Mirror the calendars will keep recreating themselves

Volume panel doesn't start at windows star

Hi!I just bought the X-fi extreme music and have a problem with the volume panel only starting up sometimes at windows startup. I have checked the "Load volume icon at startup" but sometimes it just doesn't work. hope somebody can help me because it's very annoying...Best regardsThomas

Its a problem with microsofts upnp were it fubars your?start up?icons if ?you show internet devices such as routers.
There is an easy fix if it is that though, go to control panel>network connections and right click and choose hide your pnp device, it will be a router (or other device) that looks like a telly.
If that doesnt work you could un-install upnp, but i would rather not tell you how to do that as your device might be dependant on it.

I'm installing on a Win 8.1 64bit machine with Outlook 365 Home Premium. The install seems to go well, but after I finish and the Control Panel closes, I have to reinstall it when I open it again. Anyone have a suggestion?

My Websites are not showing up on the Creative Cloud Control Panel

Hi guys,
For some reason, just recently, my websites that I have hosted with BC, that I have built for clients, are not showing up on the right control panel? Usually when I load up CC, it shows the Website text as ...loading, then my sites appear... now, nothing.
Help!?

This seems to be a bug with Creative Cloud. I am encountering the same issue. We've gone ahead and notified the product team, but for now, you can access your websites by directly logging into Business Catalyst: http://www.businesscatalyst.com/admin/Index.aspx. Use the same log in information that you use for your Creative Cloud memberhsip.

Icloud 2.0 control panel doesn't sync photos to Idevices

I have a computer ruinning windows 7 64, I have Icloud 2.0 innstalled, and I have an Iphone 3gs and an Ipad 3 with sim all hooked up to the same apple id.
I have set up Icloud on all devices. Photos taken with iphone or ipad syncs perfectly to all units. But photos added to the standard upload folder (created by Icloud 2.0 control panel) within the picture stream folder on my computer won't sync. When I add a photo here it shows in "my photostream folder" on my computer, shortly after, but not on my iphone or ipad. (And yes, both I units are hooked up to wifi)
I have been messing with this issue for 3 days. And I am getting increasingly fed up. I have reinstalled the control panel for the computer several times, booted several times. Turned I cloud on and off on all devices, reset the photostream on www.icloud.com several timens, no change.
Tried to contact apple support, but they want to charge me 300NOK(50USD) for calling me. I didn't go through with that obviously.
If this isn't fixed I am seriously considering returning the new iphone 5 and the accessories I ordered last week.
(I do know I can use dropbox(which actually work) or sync the pics through itunes, but one of the main advantages with Apple in my opinion was the Icloud feature. Things from Apple used to work at once, but now, not so sure anymore.
Help is greatly appriciated.

So.. I tried again and did the following:
1. Signed out of ICloud control panel 2.0
2. Uninnstalled Icloud control panel 2.0 through programs and functions in Windows control panel.
3. Deleted folders that Icloud automaticly made for picturestream (my picturestream, shared and upload)
4. signed in to www.icloud.com and reset picturestream.
5. Booted the computer
6. booted Iphone 3gs and Ipad 3, turned picturestream off and on on both devices.
7. innstalled Icloud control panel 2.0 from Apple software update on computer.
8. configured Icloud control panel 2.0 on computer, enabled photostream. And sat photostream folder to a designated folder on my desktop.
9. Crossed fingers and toes
10. Moved 77 pics into upload folder within the designated folder on my desktop.
Result:
1. The pics seemed to upload to Icloud at once, as they downloaded to the "my photo stream" folder within the designated folder on my desktop, They also showed in a new root folder when I open my computer folder called Photostream. All pics are there.
2. checked my ipad and iphone -> no pictures in my photostream on either device, even though both are connected to wifi, and both have more than 20% battery power, and none of them have camera app open.
3. Teared of grey hair as they popped out.
4. Considering android platforms instead, and to sell my iphone 3gs,ipad 3, apple airport express, and apple tv, and to return my ordered iphone 5. And to stop recommending apple products for work, friends an family.
5. Irritated.

I upgraded the cloud control panel and now i dont have any of the songs in my itunes library except purchased songs

i recently upgraded the icloud control panel because it popped up and told me there was an upgrade. once the upgrade finished i opened itunes and the only songs that were there were songs that were in the cloud all my previously added music from my cds was gone. i was going to talk to apple support but they want a serial number for the apple product which i dont have because my question is for itunes on my windows laptop.

On Windows 8.1 and Server 2012R2 I can add a link to the control panel and the command prompt to the start page.

You do not say which Win 10 TP build you are now using.
If you are using one of the latest, i.e. 10041 or 10049, you might not need a link to Control Panel or Command Prompts in Start Menu screen.
Right click at Start button > the popup box gives you a list which, among others, includes Control Panel link and 2 Command Prompt links.

Slightly off topic: when you login to your account, it opens to the desktop. Right ?
So, wouldn't it be more convenient to create shortcuts to desktop ?

Icloud control panel doesn't open in windows 7

I thought I had my iCloud set up on an iPhone, Windows pc, and laptop. Yesterday my pc calendar came through on the lap top for the first time. This morning, iCloud appears in my programs list but there is no "Conrol Panel" and I can't open a control panel. The calendars are not syncing. Do I need to remove iCloud and reinstall?

I'm having same issue. I don't trust that simply adjusting Digital Vibrance is returning my colors to normal. This adjustmet just makes things grayer to me.
Problems started after:
Upgrading SL (10.6.2) on Mac side
Installing Bootcamp 3.0 from SL disk onto win 7.
Downloading and updating Bootcamp 3.1
Colors all look 16 bit and saturated, though nvidia control panel says color depth = 32 bit.
I've tried:
Rolling back my driver to previous settings
manually downloading and installing both nvidia driver versions separately (181.22 32bit + 197.13 64bit)
Also tried going to control panel checking for driver updates (says latest is installed).
I own eye-one display calibration hardware but don't want to go through this process until internal functioning appears normal.
Any suggestions out there for me?

Outlook 2010 not working with I cloud control panel.

Windows 7 PC
Outlook 2010
Problem free use untill now.
As of a 4 days ago my icloud control panel stopped syncing with my tasks, contacts and calenders to my Icloud account I am using as metioned outlook 2010 , I dont even see the I cloud sycn/refresh button located in the tool bar in outlook 2010. I have been using this plug in for nearly a year with out any problems untill now.
My Email works just fine.
I have tried signing in and out of I cloud, uninstalling the icloud conroll panel, using the repair function, uninstalling the Out 2010 non of which have helped.
ha anyone else had this problem or have an idea on how to resolve it?

Sound Blaster z control panel slow to start slow to use

I have recently fitted the Sound Blaster z sound card to my PC. The motherboard is an a Gigabyte X58 OC.
The soundcard is working well and sounds great. However the Sound Blaster Z-Series control panel takes an age to start up, literally minutes. It works OK once it has started up although it takes a devil of a time to switch to the CrystalVoice, Cinematic or Mixer tabs, again minutes. The other tabs are fine though.
My X58 motherboard has four PCI express 2.0 slots configured
x16_1
x8_1
x16_2
x8_2
There are NO PCI express x1 or x4 slots.
A graphics card is connected to the x16_1 slot. The sound card is connected to the x8_2 slot. The other two slots are empty. I have googled the issue and am led to believe the software is behaving like this because the sound card is not connected to a PCI express x1 or x4 slot. But why is is? I have tested the x16_2 and x8_2 slots with an Intel NIC x1 and that works fine. As the soundcard is working fine this would seem to be an issue with the software rather than the hardware. Is there anyway to fix this? Luckily this is not a showstopper as I don't need to use the software regularly but nevertheless surely Creative would expect to do better.

I hate replying to my own threads but as no help has been forthcoming, this information may of use to others....
What I have found out is that x16 or x8 PCI express slots are connected to the X58 IOH northbridge chip. x1 PCI express slots are connected to the ICH10/ICH10R southbridge chip.
I am guessing this difference is why the Soundblaster Z-series control panel software works with x1 slots and only very slowly with the x16 /x8 slots. It is unfortunate I have a motherboard only with PCI express slots connected to the ICH10 ICH10R chip.
Of course why the software can't work properly with the X58 IOH Northbrige chip, only Creative can answer. It would be nice to hear from Creative and even nicer of they could fix the control panel software!

There are an increasing number of posts in this forum and elsewhere in the internet with the steps to do a resets on different printers. The reset itself will sometimes fix problems, so the reset is not the issue.
Some resets require you to enter button combinations to open special menus on your printer that you were never meant to access. These special menus are used by the developers and support personnel for debugging issues, but they are not meant for untrained users and can have unintended results. One wrong button push and you no could no longer have a printer, but instead a pricey paper weight. To top it off, if you do happen to "brick" the printer this way, it is considered customer induced damage, and voids the warranty automatically.
