I Cloud help please
Good morning - I am trying to set up ICloud on my up to date MAC laptop and it does not offer me the Icloud under settings. It has Mobile Me on the cloud icon and that will not let me in. Help???.
Depending on the Mac, it may not be necessary to buy Lion at all and go straight to Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard 10.6.8 directly from the Mac AppStore.
Either way, its still a paid update and downloaded from the Mac AppStore.

updated my i Phone 4 s to os 8 last night now can't get into my apps it requests i sign into iCLOUD HELP PLEASE
Before I updated this I turned my phone on, entered my password and if I pressed one of the apps it immediately went into that with no problem. Since updating it immediately I press to go into an app it comes with a big white square on the screen stating "sign into iCloud" Enter the Apple ID password for my email address. Then asks for my password to be entered. If i press cancel it reverts to the app for 1 second then goes back to the above screen. The only other option is to sign into iCloud. I have never used iCloud before. Can you help please.

Hi im having problems getting into my verizon cloud to see all my pictures i have saved in there. Everytime i click on the cloud icon it tells me sorry we have encountered a problem. Please try again (code:0). I really need to get into it because it has all my kids pictures from when they were a baby.
rousterracing1, I want to make sure that you are able to access your pictures without any issues. Have you tried to access the Verizon Cloud online from a computer: http://vz.to/1rtud5p (click on the blue link that will say 'Already a Verizon Cloud User? Manage your content on the web') Let us know if you are able to get signed in that way. What cell phone do you currently have? Keep us posted.

I really need to cancel my student subscription with Creative Cloud, help please!
I really hate to sound desperate, but I've hit hard financial times and I can't pay for the subscription when I don't need it. I know this is probably to be done on an individual basis, buuuuuut it DOES say you guys have people on here 24/7, so I figure I'll give it a shot. I have two months left on my account but I don't think I'll need it, so if one of you wonderful people could help me out of this little issue, that'd be great.

You can't change that address by design, but Apple allows you to create another two addresses and use instead they call those aliases and you can create and use those different for different people with the same account. Instructions here

My Creative Cloud wont show the Apps, it says download Error contact support. And on the Home Menu on the creative cloud for MAC desktop it just loads and loads and never stops. Help please!!

The complimentary access was given to me by my University, sent by email. Only a pdf was included which stated I had to sign in to the redeem page first, then I would get another email with the code. It hasn't turned up and it's already been more than 24 hours. Any help would be really appreciated!
You have 20 Gb of space allocated to you. It symbolizes that you have an active CC. You just need to download the creative cloud & activate it with this Email ID of yours.
CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has exceeded.
In you case most probably it should be reason no.2 if you have already download CC.

This is with regard to creating a compound path:
I have set some white type on a circle and then created outlines. I then placed the outlined type on a black stroked ring which I then selected "outlined stroke." I then put both "outlined" graphical elements on a separate solid bkg. (all 3 are on the same layer). Lastly, I then selected the top two elements and went to "make" a "compound path" (because I want the type to be the "holes" so I can see through to the background). However, the only effect I get is the white outlined type turning black (the same color as the black ring). What am i doing wrong? I can achieve the desired result with simple boxes but it won't work with a circular type path, a stroked ring and a solid bkg.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I tried your suggestion with no success. BTW, minus front is now Subtract. Apparently, by clicking option>subtract, it works in the same way as minus front. I tried this to no avail.
Let me reiterate please.
I have 3 graphic elements-all on the same layer:
1. Background: Gold circle with a fill and no stroke.
2. Middle: Black ring (Stroked) inside gold background circle.
3. Top: White copy set on a circular type path and placed directly on top of middle black ring.
Both the middle black ring and top type path HAVE BEEN CONVERTED TO OUTLINES.
LASTLY, I select the Middle and Top, go to Compound Paths and choose "Make" and my white copy turns to black. Wrong!
WHAT I WANT TO HAPPEN: I want the white copy to become HOLES, so the GOLD background shows through.
Any solutions would be very much appreciated! -

I recently upgraded my iCloud storage and trying to store my photos to it. Out of 500 only 150 is uploading. I know space is not a problem I have 13.5 gigs remaining on my cloud. Please help.

Assuming you have finished with your old backup.....
You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage...... -
My partner updated his iphone 4 and somehow we now share an i cloud account.
His contacts are on my phone, mine on his.
If he deletes a contact it deletes from my device too.

He needs to delete your iCloud account from his phone (settings > icloud > Delete account, turning Find my phone off first), then log into his own account. -
I have just started using iPhone 4s and cannot find how to delete photos. Have used iPhone 3 GS for last 2 years and not had this problem. I have iCloud for my Apple family and don't know if this is causing problem. Help please.
Log in to icloud.com with your Apple ID. Once you're logged in, click on your name on the upper right corner. Click Advanced and then Reset Photo Stream. This will delete all your photos in the album Photo Stream in your iPhone 4S so make sure you have backed up (copy to Camera Roll or new folder) all those that you want to keep.
This is the only way to do it with iOS 5 (not the beta releases)
