I.cloud is block emails from my company

I work for .worldline.com and i.cloud is blocking my emails sent from people in my company to my me account. Why?????

Toggle the services that won't push off then back on on both the iPhone and the iPad in Settings > iCloud
For Apps, Music, and Books, tap Settings > Store. Toggle those off, back on then restart the devices.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

  • ICloud is blocking emails from my website

I work for a company that is similar to eBay in that we act as a venue for registered members to sell collectible LEGO items. I work behind the Help Desk and have received many similar complaints from iCloud (@me.com) email addresses. These users continue to complain that they are not receiving email notifications regarding invoices for orders. I called Apple but was on hold for so long, I had to get back to work and gave up.
What I am wondering is if Apple is blocking emails from our website. I would really appreciate it if an Apple representative could contact me regarding this issue, as it is causing a lot of frustration with our community members. We have had to ask users to sign-up for Gmail accounts to receive correspondence, because we simply cannot come up with another solution. Is it possible that we are blacklisted? We did send out promotional emails over Christmas and I am worried we were blacklisted as SPAM senders. Please help me out here, it's not easy being behind the Help Desk when you are 100% sure the problem is not on your end and you can't do anything about it. Thanks!

  • How do I get my emails from my company run BES to run on my iphone/ipad?

How do I get my emails from my company run BES to run on my iphone/ipad?

Beau, BES is an intermediate server that stands between Exchange and Blackberry devices.  It takes mail from Exchange and delivers it.  Simply because your organization uses a BES server doesn't of necessity mean that they have disabled Exchange Active Sync.  Some organizations will require that corporate devices be Blackberries  because of  perceived  security advantages.  If you have a personal device, your organization may not allow personal devices to connect to your mail system, or they may only allow personal Blackberry devices to connect. Does your organization allow ANY devices(either business owned or personally owned), other than Blackberries to receive enterprise messages contacts, calendar and tasks?

  • Why Apple is blocking email from reaching my mac email account that I would like to receive.  How do I correct this?

Apple is blocking email from reaching my mac email account that I would like to receive.  How do I correct this?  There are some important emails that I am not receiving because they never make it to my inbox or even my spam account.

    Hey there MikeMach,
It sounds like people are sending you emails but they never arrive to your inbox or your Junk folder. According to the following article you may need to reach out to iCloud support directly for assistance:
iCloud: Identifying and filtering junk mail
Due to the complexity of accurately detecting and filtering out junk mail, on rare occasions a legitimate email from a friendly source may be blocked from reaching your Inbox. This is called a false positive.
If you feel that a legitimate email message was inadvertently filtered, you may want to ask your friend to send a follow-up email to verify that the issue exists. If you notice that multiple email messages are being delayed, bounced, or not delivered, contact iCloud Support. Also make sure to check your Junk folder for email messages that were incorrectly marked as junk mail. To check your Junk folder at iCloud.com, choose the Mail application and click the Junk folder in the sidebar. Email messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    Take care,
    Sterling

  • FiOS IPS server suspected of blocking emails from Constant Contact

My homeowners assocation cannot get emails through to me at {edited for privacy}, but they do get emails through to my wife at {edited for privacy}. These emails are administered by Constant Contact, who suspect the FiOS servers of blocking emails to me. They suggest that I send you the following information:
    To: Verizon ISP Customer Support
    Subject: Remove Constant Contact Block
Hello. My name is {edited for privacy} and I understand that you employ filters and/or blacklists to protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this might have made it impossible for me to receive certain information that I have solicited. I value these communications and would like to receive them using my AOL email address.
The sender of these emails uses an email marketing service called Constant Contact. Constant Contact is not an open relay and has strict anti-spam policies in place. Possibly because your filters block emails from Constant Contact I am unable to receive these communications.
I ask that you please help me determine why these emails are being blocked. For further information about Constant Contact or to request more information from them such as log files, the Operations team can be reached at - {edited for privacy}.
Mail from Constant Contact can be found by the following characteristics for whitelisting:
    "Envelope from:" domains:
    @in.constantcontact.com
    @in.confirmedcc.com
    Sending IPs:
All mail from Constant Contact is sent from:
    IP Range: 208.75.123.0 - 208.75.123.255
Please contact me when this problem has been resolved at {edited for privacy}.
    Sincerely, {edited for privacy}

  • Block email from China

How do I set up a rule to block emails from China? Better yey, how can I block emails that aren's in English?

I haven't found any reliable way to block non-English emails with the included rules or junkmail filter. I turned to SpamSieve which has worked pretty well:
    http://c-command.com/spamsieve/
It's not free but I think it's worth the price. You can download their trial version and test it out for yourself.

  • How do I block email from someone bothering me?

I want to block it so I no longer receive email from said person.
    Thanks

Mail > Preferences > Rules > Add Rule
Make a rule that's something like this...
If: From Contains saidperson@saidperson's email address
Perform the following actions: Delete Message
Do that and you'll never see emails from said person.

  • How to block email from a specific address?

What are the steps required to block email?

    Hi johnav,
Although I'm not finding a setting to block an "incoming" email address like you can for FaceTime calls but you can set up a rule to automatically delete email from a particular email.
Use rules to manage your inbox - Mail Help
    Would that work for you?
    Best,

  • Hotmail blocking emails from iMS5.2 relay server???

Hi all, lately we have started experiencing problems sending emails from our iMS5.2 environment to hotmail.
In our iMS5.2 environment, we have two mail relays/gateways. Today I tried manually sending emails to hotmail using telnet. I found that I was able to send an email from one gateway (gw2) but not the other (gw1). On the mail gateway that I can't send an email, gw1, using telnet, I get the following error:
550 Your e-mail was rejected for policy reasons on this gateway. Reasons for rejection may be related to content such as obscene language, graphics, or spam-like characteristics (or) other reputation problems. For sender troubleshooting information, please go to http://postmaster.msn.com. Please note: if you are an end-user please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for assistance.
A search on Google reveals this blocking is quite common with hotmail.
Emails sent to yahoo, gmail work fine.
Am I right is thinking that hotmail is blocking emails that originate from iMS5.2 mail gateway gw1? And if so, what can be done to remedy the situation?
    Thanks in advance,
    Stewart

This isn't so much a iMS5.2 question as a simple SMTP Host question. HotMail is likely blocking your site by IP address. You could change the IP address of the host, but this might be a symptom to a larger problem of abuse.
My advice is to go through the mail.log files to identify when those emails were originally sent to Hotmail. It might reveal a potential problem which might be an internal spammer.

  • How can I block email from facebook?

I'm getting FB email announcements whenever a friend of mine adds a new "friend" or posts a new photo on his FB wall. He claims his system was hacked and he cannot prevent FB from sending me announcements. I don't have a FB account and want to prevent any email from FB. I've created a Mac email filter to delete incoming FB mail, but it doesn't seem to work - the emails go into my junk folder. I want them to be automatically deleted. Can anyone help me?

Block them at the server, if possible. Don't see why the local rule to delete isn't working.

  • Blocking email from all but a few specified servers

    Hi,
I'm using OS X Server 10.6 with the email server. My users must be able to receive mail from hotmail, yahoo, and gmail, but in order for the mail server to accept emails from those domains, I have to turn the minimum junk mail score all the way up to around 35, which means that they also receive lots of junk email.
Is there a way that I can tell my email server to only accept mail from gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, and of course our local domain? I know you can do this in MS Exchange.

No, there isn't a way.... There are many ways.
the real documentation is at http://www.postfix.org
If you know the IP address ranges that you want to allow, you can list them in a "whitelist" by network and add this in your smtpdrecipientrestrictions item. (those are really "client" restrictions, but adding them in the recipient ones makes for more obvious order of checking).
    checkclientaccess cidr:/etc/postfix/goodclients
where goodclients has a cidr format such as:
    218.66.0.0/15 REJECT
    220.192.0.0/10 OK
Once you have edited the file, you created the "compiled" version with:
    postmap cidr:/etc/postfix/goodclients
Another way to do this is whitelist based on the email the sender is pretending to use. For this, you use:
checksenderaccess hash:/etc/postfix/whitelist also in the smtpd_recipient)restrictions.
This file has format such as:
    @hotmail.com OK
    @yahoo.com OK
once you have built the text file, you also use postmap:
    postmap hash:/etc/postfix/whitelist
    (this creates a whitelist.db file)
For your own internal people, there is a permit_mynetworks line in the smtpd_recipient)restrictions which gives open permissions to people using clients in your corporate internal network.
http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtpdrecipientrestrictions gives you a good feel for the types of checks you can include. (at the end of that section, there are links to the checks you can include in the recipient line but which apply to the :
    smtpdclientrestrictions, (IP address)
smtpdhelorestrictions (name used in the HELO command)
smtpdsenderrestrictions (name used in the MAIL FROM: command)

  • EPrint - sending email from my company email to ePrint - still getting error messages

    Hi
i just bought a new Officejet AiO 4620 and installed it. Works fine. I also registered it on ePrint. I requested at ePrint that the ePrint will only work for choosed pre-approved emails. Most of them are private ones and work. However I also registered my business email of my employer and if I send emails from my business email, even registered on ePrint, error messages come up. Any idea what the issue can be and how I can resolve it? I would like to prevent to open ePrint for ANYONE, I would prefer the option preapproved emails only. Thx for any guidance. Chris

  • Self registration email from wrong Company Administrator

    Hi,
Self-registering users for a specific company (ie. Company1) receive 1st email confirmation re. successful registration from a foreign company admin (ie. Company2).  This is very bad!  This issue was not present in either our DEV or QAS environments. While troubleshooting we have tried removing the user admin role from the foreign company admin and self-registering again.  The foreign company admin changed to be a different foreign admin, ie. Company3.
    Thank you for your help.
    Sincerely
    Sumit.

One of the latest help pages says that the selfreg performed means an email goes to the user and the admin. So, that's why the admin gets it.
I agree that the end user should also get it - this might be a bug the SP15. I assume the email address is visible in the UME after self registration? Maybe there's a race condition and because you're using LDAP the email is being sent before the email address has been stored.
