I have a combined pdf file but I forgot to download it. How can I do it now?

Your converted files are stored in your Acrobat.com online account (until you delete them). You can find your file by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Select the file that you want to download, and click the Download link at the top of the window.

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it

Which version of Design Standard are you asking about? I don't think any Creative Suite packages existed in 1993. I think the first CS came out in 2003.

You don't need a CD to download anything; just download & install the trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements, then activate it with your serial number.

There's not really any simple way to do this. Maybe tracking the page the user should be one from every page in the site and if the page being accessed is the same as the last one accessed, assume it was a refresh.
