I connect my Iphone 5 to my laptop and it will connect to my computer but will not show up on my itunes why is this? i have tried everything that other people are saying but nothing is helping.
HI so i connect my phone to my computer and everything works but it wont connect to itunes for some reason but did just a few weeks ago. I did something where i lost all my photoes and it reset my phone to waht it once was so i wonder if that was the cause but i dont know. help would be very much apprecieated this college student is getting super frustrated.
Since no one here can possibly know what you specifically mean by "tried everything that other people are saying", no one can determine what you did wrong. Also, you didn't say what computer OS you use.

Ok my ipod touch syncs but not properly,I see a little icon on both itunes and the ipod rolling,itunes shows me that I have less memory available on my ipod after I sync which coresponds well in terms of memory with the ammount of songs I am loading to the ipod but I never see what I think I should see when I sync which is "do not disconnect......". Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?

Do the songs play in iTunes?

help !!!Seems like ios6 isn't any good for any of their devices. I have an iPhone 4 and recently updated to ios6 and have had all the wifi problems and apps getting hung up on load screens. Restore is your best bet and downgrade if you can back to ios 5.1. If restore doesn't help with a fresh install of ios6 then call every Apple support number you can find and be heard like the 1,000s of other people like us with ios6 problems demanding support. There doesn't seem to be any quick fixes for ios6 other than an update from Apple.

when i connect my iphone to my laptop and open itunes it shows my iphone has nothing on it(no music, no movies, etc...) then when i try to sync it says iphone is is full and can only put in a selected amount of songs. Take in mind this is my first time to sync with this laptop(HP 15 ENVY) and as well my laptop is just brand new. just got it a week ago. so how do i fix this prob. and also when i open my itunes store and then view my account it says error occurred either debug it through Microsoft visual studio or close program. I tired copying all the .dll files to the itunes folder didn't help
I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. I have a jetpack, and when I try to "connect" to my ipad or phone, it keeps telling me I am not using the correct password. I have tried everything. I even changed the password, nothing is working. Both are 4G, my ipad is an Air and my phone is a Iphone 5. I can get connected to other wifi on these features but not with my jetpack. Please help, I need to use this feature soon. Thank you so much
Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information. Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection. Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect. -
Hi, I have connected my iPhone 5 to iTunes, backed it up and then started the update but there was a problem, now my phone will not work, it asks to restore factory settings which I have tried 3 times, each time it says the device has an unknown error and the phone switches off. Please help.
Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! If someone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.

What cloud service or contact manager was she syncing them to? They should still be there and she should be able to sync them back. If she was not doing so, they are gone.

i purchased 2 books for my iPad and they downloaded successfully. They show up in iTunes when my iPad is connected to my Mac but do not show up on the Mac. Is this a synch issue? When I click the Synch box I am warned that downloads on my iPad will be erased. Is that true? My ultimate goad is to be able to read the books on my iPhone as well. Thanks.
You should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to the iPhone (or you could re-download them directly on the iPhone)

My iTunes account says "The iPod "Madison " cannot be synced. An unknown error has occured (13019)" after it has recognized all of the music and has went through every song and it said "Copying (song) to "Madison"....." and then after it has went through all of my songs (492) it says the error message. I have tried everything that is on the Apple iTunes website about it, I have created the music account under a new administrator, I've tried everything. What do i do?

Put the ipod touch in recovery mode and then restored it, setting it up as a new Ipod, rather than restoring from the backup. Given how much trouble I'd had, I suspected that the backup might be corrupted anyway.
That seems to have resolved everything completely. -

You've checked the spam folder on your account as well as the inbox, and you don't have any filters/rules on your email account that might be deleting the email ?

Thanks! For whatever bizarre reason for which I have no answer - I sync'd my iPad to my MBP the old fashion way (not iCloud) and the movie showed up just fine. It is Nikon camera 'how to' video. I like to watch them for a better indepth discovery of what the camera can do. The only weird thing about the hard wire sync is that it was placed in a catagory "home movies" which was never there before...actually it showed up in two places "home movies" and TV shows.
