I connected my iPhone 4S to wifi, but why the wifi signal will disappear whey I lock the screen and when I on the screen it will appear back in 1 second...why?

What problem with that?

When the phone goes into sleep mode (screen locked), after a few seconds of inactivity, the wifi will disconnect. This is by design to help further battery life. Once you wake the phone up, it connects. Nothing wrong with the phone, working like it is supposed to. The only way to wifi connected all of the time is to have the device connected to power.
