i took a screen shot and need to know how to paste it in an email
It depends on how you took the screen shot.
If you used the Command-Control-Shift-3 shortcut, the screen shot is on your Clipboard and can be pasted into the message.
If you used the Command-Shift-3 shortcut, the screen shot is a picture file on your Desktop and can be dragged into the message.

On the track pad control while moving two fingers down to zoom out to the original size and control plus two fingers moved up to zoom on.
Alternatively if you have a magic mouse use control and drag one finger up and down on the mouse to control zooming. If mouse wheel use control and move the wheel. -

Return your iPhone to Apple for repair/replacement, and ask for a white one. It couldn't be simpler. Whether Apple will comply with yuor request is another matter. -

Chris thanks for your reply, if none of the Do Not Disturb settings are switched on - then am I right that this setting will have no effect. I.e. I want my phone to ring at all times, so have turned off all of the do not disturb settings

I was on a website all of a sudden my screen freezes I was able to get out of that screen after a few second and then noticed all my app icon disappeared I have an IPhone 5. Has this happened to anyone before?
That is very strange! Have you been able to get your apps icons back now? Have you attempted a soft reset by holding the power button and home button at the same time until the phone restarts? Keep me posted with the results!

How to get past the grey start up screen after mavericks update
I have recently installed a free update of Mavericks on the App store. However after installing this, the Macbook Pro that i've installed on will not boot beyond the Grey start up screen. I was running Snow Leopard on a machine with intel core 2 duo processors 4 Gb of RAM and over 100Gb of free memory.
I have attempted a safe boot (holding down shift while while holding the power button down), and Reseting the NVRAM by pressing 'command', 'option', 'P' and 'R' at the same time.
I do not have an installation disk or a time machine back up.
Does anyone know how to get passed the Grey start up Screen?

How do you paste after copying (Q10) ?
So, I'm still trying to find my way round the Q10. I know how to copy, but how do I paste what I have copied? For instance copying from an email and pasting in a text message. I have tried this and failed. Every time I copy and go to the next page to paste, I can’t seem to find the paste option.

The photoshop window is larger than my computer screen. How do I resize it so I can see the bottom controls? I tried dragging the corner, but it only moves vertically. I need the horizontal to move so I can see the bottom of the window.
Which version of photoshop and operating system are you using?
On a mac, did you try clicking on the Green Maximize button?
On a windows os did you try the Maximize button at the top right of the photoshop window? -
