    Why don't you explain what happens when you try to delete these two apps that are showing that they need updates. You can only delete them if they are actually installEd on the iPad. Are they on the device?

    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • Could not retreive download information in App Store via Wi-Fi!

    I have a very very critical problem about downloading stuffs in App Store! The detail is when I open App Store, after loading stuffs, it said: "Could not retreive download informations, please connect to iTune." I don't care about the message, so I continue anyway. After entering my account informations, the second problem
    appeared, there's another message said: "To ensure the secure connection, please check your setting in Date & Time." some like that. It's okay, I configured the setting, but after that, it showed me the same message. So I have no idea about what happening. Because this is not work, so I follow the first recommandation: connect to iTune. But it also not work. Is there have any relations in these 3 problem? Now I feel lose and I need some help!!!

    Are you accessing the App Store on iPod Touch or iTunes?? maybe you should try the other.

  • My computer did not update to 5.1 App store thinks it did??

    The app store says my Pages is 5.1.  This is not the case.  I have older version on Mac.  It did not update but says its installed.  Im stuck!

    You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
    Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
    Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
    You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
    Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
    Pages 5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
    Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
    Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
    Once opened and saved in Pages 5.1 files can not be opened in Pages 5.
    Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
    All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
    Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
    Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

    Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

  • Message "could not sign in" when in App Store

    Why is it that I get the message "could not sign in" whenever I try to download?  When I put in the wrong password, it knew it was the wrong password. When I put in the correct password, I get the above message. Thoughts?

    Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.

    my X-code version is 5.0, IOS version is 7.0
    I created test user and test products in in app purchase option under my application in itunes connect. I want to display content for each test products when user buy my free products. For displaying content i followed the below process:
    Creating App Store Hosted Content:
               In order to have the App Store host your content, the content must first be put in a package.
    Notes:
               Before starting the steps below, login to iTunes Connect, create a "Free Subscription" in-app purchase, and select "Yes" for
    "Hosting Content with Apple" for that purchase.
    Creating Xcode In-App Purchase Content projects :
    1).Created a .txt file and .jpeg file
    2).Start by selecting File > New Project from the menu, and choosing In-App Purchase Content:
    3).Enter the Product Name and Company Identifier such that the Bundle Identifier matches the Product ID you entered in iTunes Connect for this product.
    4).Now you will have a blank In-App Purchase Content project. You can right-click and Add Files... or drag them into the Project Navigator. Ensure that the ContentVersion is correct (it should start at 1.0, but if you later choose to update your content, remember to increment it).
    This window shows Xcode with the content files included in the project and the plist entries visible in the main window:
    5).Once you have added all your content files you can save this project and edit it again later, or begin the upload process.
    Uploading .PKG Files :
    6).The easiest way to upload content packages is with the Xcode Archive Tool. Choose Product > Archive from the menu to begin:
    The content package will then appear in the archive  in new window. Notice the archive type and icon show this is an In-App Purchase Content Archive. Click Validate... to check our content package for errors without actually preforming the upload.
    7).Login with your iTunes Connect credentials:
     At step 7 when i go for validate the archive I'm getting the below error
    "Could not find any content hosted eligible apps"

  • Updated to Premiere CC 2014 - Now getting Startup Error - Could not find any capable video play modules

    I have a late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina with NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB.
    Ever since the Premiere CC 2014 update, on launch, I get this error right after it shows "ExporterQuickTimeHost.bundle" loading (I tried removing this, but it still did it, so I don't think it has anything to do with the QuickTime plugin):
    Adobe Premiere Pro Startup  Error
    Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again.
    I never got this in the CC version. I have the latest CUDA driver: version 6.0.46  &  GPU Driver: version 8.26.21 310.40.35f08
    The computer is unusable for about 4-5 mins after this happens until it all clears up. This whole process takes up 7-8 mins!
    This same thing also happens with Prelude CC 2014.
    If anyone knows what's going on I would be very grateful.

    I found a solution that worked for me. Seems to be a permissions problem. Here's the solution I found (found it here: CC 2014 startup issues : Adobe Premiere Pro):
    In the finder menu click and hold on the GO menu. Hold the option button and the User library will show up. Click the User Library.
    In that folder go to preferences and find the adobe folder.
    Right click on adobe folder and click get info.
    In the Sharing & Permissions section there should be three names.
    All should say Read & Write next to them.
    Unlock the lock, switch them all to read and write.
    Then click on the little gear directly under the names or to to the left of the lock and in the pulldown click on "apply to enclosed items.
    Then lock the lock again.
    Now go to your OS Hardrive and click on Users, your user name, Documents.
    Find the adobe folder there.
    Right click on adobe folder and click get info.
    In the Sharing & Permissions section there should be three names.
    All should say Read & Write next to them.
    Unlock the lock, switch them all to read and write.
    Then click on the little gear directly under the names or to to the left of the lock and in the pulldown click on "apply to enclosed items.
    The lock the lock again.
    Wait 1 minute. Then launch Premiere.
    This fixed it for me.

    The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
    Power down.  Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore. 
    No trouble at all once I did this.
    Reminder: create full backup before you upgrade OS

    You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
    Important: The app you need to remove may not be the one named in the update notice. For example, the App Store could prompt you to update "Angry Birds" or "Twitter," but the hacked app could be "Final Cut Pro." Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you must carry out a systematic search with Spotlight.
    1. Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

    Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
    2. In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select
              File ▹ Find
    from the menu bar. In the search window, select

    from the row of tokens below the toolbar. Below that is a popup menu of search criteria, initially showing Kind. From that menu, select
              Other...
    A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select
              Raw Query

    Now there will be a text box to the right of the menu of search criteria. That's where you enter the raw search query. Click in that box and paste the text you copied earlier by pressing command-V.
    3. The search window will now show all the App Store products that are installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
    4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
    5. Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.
    If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.

    I find it difficult to believe that it took you a year to realize your phone was defective.
    Restore the phone as new. Wait a couple of days before adding any apps to see if it's running ok. Then, add apps a couple at a time so that, if any of them cause issues, you'll have an idea which one.

    It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

    Ask Apple to re-enable it. I had an unauthorized purchase last October. They disabled my account until the problem was solved. However, I asked them to reopen it, and they just asked me to provide some security information (billing address, a recent purchase you made, etc.), and then they re-enabled it.
