Hi! I just bought a new laptop and have downloaded itunes and signed in. When I did this, my library showed all the music I have "purchased" from itunes but did not have the music that I downloaded a long time ago through itunes from my old CDs. How can I get that music to show up in my library now on my new computer? Also, will itunes still recognize my ipod on my new computer when I plug it in? Copy it from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.

I changed my AppleID a long time ago to an email that I no longer use and I have updates for apps that I can't update because my old email is filled in to where i sign in and it wont let me change it to my new one???
The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

After that, before you open any iLife apps go to your Mac App Store account, to the Purchased pane and Accept them into your account. -
I deleted the photos via Finder and empty trash long time ago. The thing is, that I want to recover one event or album. The event appears in the iphoto but when open, it shows "!". Is it possible to recover the photos?
No. When you removed the photos via the finder you damage the library. Photos should always be removed from the library using iPhoto, never with the Finder.
If you have a Time Machine backup of the library from before you deleted the photos you can restore the library to the Desktop and export that album from it to import into your current library.
It's been too long to be able to try one of the file recovery applications. You sure to have overwritten those files with new files since them.

I just bought the Ipad and even the apps that I have deleted long time ago keep showing in purchased list even though most of them are free.Its realy annoying to not be able to delete them .Is there a way to delete them or is Apple workign on fixing this problem?
If you want to delete an app forever.
1st delete the app on your iPad and on any other iOS devices.
2nd delete the app from iTunes on your PC. -

I had appleworks on an old Mac (not sure of the type) and about 2 years ago I transferred all my documents onto CDs and got rid of the Mac. I now have a new MacBook and have imported all my document files onto the new Mac. I was wondering if it were possible to open my old Appleworks documents on my new mac? It seems that Microsoft word and textedit both dont recognize the files.
Is there a way to convert the files to .doc?
Is there a program I need to buy to open the files?
Is Appleworks still available? If so, how can I obtain it? Best buy?

You could try eBay and do a search for "AppleWorks" or "Apple Works" (some people put a "space" in the name). Hardcore Mac sells AppleWorks 6.2.4. It might be difficult to be sure the version for sale on eBay it's no newer than 6.2.4 and has an OS X-aware installer.
BTW, 2 years is not a long time ago when talking about AppleWorks 6, considering it was released in March, 2000, last updated in January, 2004, & declared end-of-life in August, 2007. -

Which camera make and model are your Raw files from?
Camera Raw ships with Photoshop and is constantly upgraded by Adobe to keep up with new cameras as they are released to market.
It's likely that your camera requires a version of Camera Raw which is not compatible with your CS5. Or you may simply need to upgrade Camera Raw via Help > Updates in Photoshop. -

Firefox keeps openining with old tabls I saved and closed a LONG time ago and not the recent ones.
Is there a way to clear the tab history, obiviously it's remembering the tabs I saved and closed from a long time ago and it defaults to this sometimes, for some reason, even when I say save and close on the ones I'm on.
This can be a problem with the file [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
Delete [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
