I created an account two times, now i cannot use a gif card number

Somehow I tried creating an account while I was in Germany, but had no success since I had no bank account there. Today I got a gift card and tried to use it, reentering all the information. It redeemed my gift card, but once I tried connecting, it logged in with old infos. How do I get m gift card back?

so that means that no money will be actually charged unless I sign up for itunes match or iCloud more than the free 5 GB (I already signed up but didn't use any of it) or buying a paid items on itunes ?
Nothing more
which means that i can use this account normally without being afraid of any extra charges on my credit card

settings -> iTunes & App Store
click on apple ID listed there
select Sign Out
sign in with the proper account
from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

The email window opens and automatically inserts my old Hotmail address instead of the Yahoo address I've used for a long time. (The drop-down won't let me change it or delete it.) Thanks.

Do you get a drop down list with suggestions if you clear that "from" field and click elsewhere on that page to move the focus off that field and then double-click again in that field or start typing the first letters of that unwanted email address?

I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.

Try troubleshooting extensions and third party plugins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Until Evernote updates their add-on to mark it compatible with Firefox 6, you can use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ Add-on Compatibility Reporter] to try re-enabling it yourself.
You can also downgrade to a previous version of Firefox from [https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ this archive], but please be warned that some old versions of Firefox have known security bugs that are fixed in later versions. Would throwing it in Recovery mode and restoring as new clear it up?

Step 1: Turn off the iPhone. To do this press and hold the power button till you see the “Slide to Power off” screen. Now slide the button to turn it off.
In case your iPhone is stuck in an infinite loop and the previous option is unavailable, press and hold the Power and Home button till the screen goes off. Remember to leave both the buttons as soon as the screen goes off and before the Apple logo appears again.
Step 2: Connect the iPhone’s USB cable to your computer but not to your iPhone yet.
Step 3: Now hold down the Home button and while you are holding it connect the USB cable. Keep holding the Home button till you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone(Screenshot shown below). iTunes will show an alert saying a device in recovery mode has been detected.
Here’s what your iPhone screen will look like once its in the iPhone Recovery Mode.
