The strange thing is that my Apple ID works perfectly when I try to access my icloud browser on my iMac and even I join this forum. I login with my ID system icloud without problems! Why can not I download applications? What relationship has between iTunes store and iCloud?

You cannot download the same Apps that you have on your iPhone. They are two seperate stores.
The store you have on your iPhone is the same for any iDevice (iPad, iPhone and iPod)
The store on your MacBook is only for Macs.

To show the reflected name, make sure to sign out of your current Apple ID and then sign in with the new one. You can do that in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and tap the Apple ID name and a prompt will come up with multiple option and one of them is Sign Out. Then tap it again to sign in with the correct spelling to get you going.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

You will probably want to download the newest version of iTunes (iTunes 11.1) directly from Apple and install it on your computer if you are having issues updating. The link for the download can be found here:

edit the hosts file on your computer and remove any lines that contain gs.apple.com. Disable your antivirus and firewall.

Look in your Home > Music folder. There should be an iTunes folder there and it should have a number of files and folders including one called library.itl You want to guide iTunes to that file. If you don't see that file or folder then in your next post you will have to be very specific as to what you do see or how you have your iTunes set up because that's where it should be according to default settings.

Sounds like your phone was hacked to work with any network. Doing the update re-locked it to the original carrier. All you can do now is contact the carrier it is locked to to see if they have an unlocking policy. Note that if it's AT&T they do not offer unlocking. otherwise find an un-activated sim for the original carrier and you can use it as an iPod.

Were you definitely connected to the internet at the time? If you don't have iOS 5 on your iPhone then the only way to update it would be via iTunes, once updated to the latest version of iOS you'll be able to update your iPhone without connecting to iTunes "over-the-air".
Before updating however it goes without saying to Backup your iPhone, this should happen by default upon connecting your iPhone to iTunes.
