I currently have a Blackberry which I am going to get rid of for a variety of reasons including its inability to sync. Can you recommend a phone whereby I will be able to sync with my desktop easily? Also, does Firefox sync with Ipad's?

Firefox mobile runs on Android phones running Android 2.0 and higher. You should check against the [https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/platforms/ list of supported devices]. If it is not on that list there is a reasonable chance the Android phone will not work with Firefox.
General rule of thumb to check if the device is supported
* 1ghz (1000mhz) processor or greater
* 512 MB RAM or greater

So my question is can I use my own apple id without affecting the fact we have a family plan? iOS 4.2.1 suggests that you may have 2nd generation Touch, which cannot be updated past iOS 4.2.1

You can buy any disk with FireWire, Thunderbolt or USB. If you've got a 2010 or early MacBook Pro, buy a FireWire disk, or if you've a newer computer, a Thunderbolt disk. They'll be faster than the USB, but you can buy an USB hard disk

Just install it like you did the first time (do not try to transfer it from the old machine in any way) - you can download thru your account if you purchased it as a download originally - otherwise there is a link for downloading below. Your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online if your registered the software previously.

If you like you can leave it on the first machine as a backup because you are allowed to have two activated installations. If you wish to remove it from the older machine you should deactivate it first (open an application and choose Help -> Deactivate). -

Downloaded a trial version of the "Living Earth Desktop" screensaver and cannot get rid of it. I deleted the download and cannot find it anywhere else on my mac.
