I currently have an ipad and would like to exchange it for an ipad 2. Is this possible?
Does anyone know how to make this work? Would the apple store honor this exchange??
Apple does not take trade-ins. Only if you purchased a refurbished iPad 1 in the last fourteen calendar days could you return it. If you're in the US, Apple works with a third-party company who will "buy" an existing iPad and give you an Apple Store gift card for the value which you could then put toward the purchase of a new iPad. But in almost all cases, you can get more by selling your current iPad yourself.

If you go to Settings > iTunes & AppStore , you can sign out from your account, and sign in with the one you've used to purchase apps.This will not remove any apps you already have on it.
Then you can go to AppStore and download apps you've purchased (either via "Purchased" button in "Updates", or simply search for them and download them.
That way you can have multiple accounts' apps on your iPad. When updating, you will be prompted for the credentials for account you've purchased given App with. -
I wonder if I have to uninstall it all first. That, or CC could extend that offer of $9.99 month for the first year of CC. Otherwise, I want to use what I have already invested in and need access too asap. If anyone can help. You did not have to uninstall CS6 to begin with if that is what you did. If you want to use CS6 again and you did uninstall it then you will have to reinstall it.

I have recently acquired Lightroom 5 as part of a Canon camera purchase. I currently have Lightroom 4 so would like to install Lightroom 5 as an upgrade. However, having gone through the install process, Lightroom 5 has installed separately. So please can you tell me how to re-install Lightroom 5 as an upgrade to Lightroom 4 instead?
Upgrades do not replace their older versions and even if they did you did not purchase an upgrade (which is simply a discounted version of a full version). If you want to get rid of Lightroom 4 go ahead

After installing Camera Raw 8.6 I am unable to install the plugin in CS4. Please advice.Camera Raw 8.6 is only compatible with Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC. There is no way for you to install it in Photoshop CS4. The message you are receiving means that you need Camera Raw 8.6 to have full compatibility with Lightroom 5. But in that message you are given the option to edit a copy that includes the Lightroom adjustments. That is the option that you should use. Lightroom will create a copy (PSD or TIF, depending on your choice in Lightroom preferences) and will send that copy to Photoshop CS4. Then you can use Photoshop and all of its features to continue editing your image. When you close and save the image in Photoshop, it will appear in your Lightroom folder along with the original raw file.
Another option you could use would be to use the free Adobe DNG converter to create DNG (digital negative) copies of your raw files. Those DNG files would be compatible with the Photoshop that you have now. Your other option would be to upgrade your Photoshop. -

Normally an Elements purchase is good for both platforms. You should only need to download and install the Mac versions of the programs and install and activate them using the serial number you have from the opriginal purchase.

Settings>General>Network>Roaming>Data Roaming>Off. If you really want to be absolutely certain, Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data>Off.

The page that you’ve posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
