I would like to download the Pages app on my mini. I have OS X 10.7.5 and the app requires 10.9 or better. Do I have any options?

Only option available is to upgrade your computer's OS X to 10.9 Mavericks.
Apple promised to add more missing features to Pages 5 in the coming months.

If your ipad has only 797 MB free and it tells you that you need 3.4 GB to update, then you need to begin deleing files, whatever it takes to free up space.
Consider...
Delete apps you don't use.
Delete videos you don't want (these take up a lot of space).
Do you have a lot of emails stored on the device?
Are there apps that store data files, like a PDF reader? If there are a lot of these, you need to delete some.
The bottom line is that you need to remove data and/or apps on your device to make more storage available.
But for videos and photos, always sync them to a computer first to archive them.

There's always that possibility but I suspect that any Lion purchases today will be just a drop in the bucket. Still, there really ought to be some provision for those whose Macs can't go beyond Lion to upgrade since continued Snow Leopard support is now in question (the reason I finally moved to Lion).
There are a lot of people complaining that their free upgrade redeem codes for ML aren't working so I bet keeping Lion available is way down on Apple's to-do list.

For the past 2 days I can connect to the internet but sites take forever to load or just don't load at all. I went to Intel PRO/set Wireless Troubleshooter and the event viewer says: CTA Plugin is not installed or supported. I have googled this problem and still have not found a solution or where I can install the plugin. I did find that this is somewhat common and has to do with the CISCO system/Linksys Router. Are you downloading to a computer or an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch? I would first suggest signing out of the iTunes Store and restarting your computer or device. On the iPad open Settings/iCloud and delete the account using the button at the bottom. Once deleted log in using the other account. For iTunes Stores use Settings/iTunes & Apps Stores, tapp on the Apple ID at the top then sign out. Once done sign in using the other account. Once you are happy with the changes plug your iPad into your computer to update the backup.

1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Without the iPad connected, open up iTunes on your computer. Go to iTunes/Preferences/Devices and delete the backups that you're absolutely certain do not have the documents. Refer to figure below.
iTunes, select the iPad and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "NO" to creating a backup. (You don't want to create a new backup that does not have the docs.) You will then be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad. This time, say "yes."
Repeat all of the above as required until you get the docs.

To elaborate a bit, you may come across offers of a new/unopened/unregistered version, which is the simplest case (you would need a guarantee). Other cases require much detailed information (and a guarantee).
If upgrading to 10.6.8 or higher is an option, you could use CS6.
