You can't download pictures from iCloud by logging into icloud.com. If you deleted pictures from camera roll AND photo stream, the only possibility is preforming a restore from an iCloud backup, assuming the backup has the pictures in it. (Many users have been unable to restore and get back their pictures.)
If the restore doesn't have all the pictures, then they are gone.
In the future, use photo stream to sync photos from an iPhone to a computer, then copy the photos on the computer from the photo stream album into a permanent album. Photo stream pics stay there only for 30 days, and only up to 1000 photos are stored. Don't use photo stream as a storage medium, it's only for copying photos from one device to another. Always copy (either via USB cable or photo stream) to a computer and then move to an album.

The Chromebook runs the Google Chrome OS and is designed to exclusively use apps from the Chrome Web Store.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your (really any) computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I just upgraded my MacBook from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion so that I could stream from my other devices (iPhone and iPad) to my MacBook. After making it through the upgrade process, I realized that I used the wrong email address for my iCloud username when starting up on the MacBook. My iPhone, iPad, and iTunes are under my Hotmail email address and I accidently used my Gmail email address for the MacBook. Is there any way I can merge these two icloud accounts together? I tried changing my account information to add the other email address, but wasn't allowed because another account was using the name (duh). To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account. When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac. Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

If you use the same iCloud ID and before you will get your contact, calendar and notes and other iCloud things back. If your previously has PhotoStream one you will also get back the last 30 days of photos.
It appears you do not use the same iCloud ID.
What do you see for Contacts, Calendar and Notes when you go to icloud.com and sing in with the same ID. You need a computer browser.

You can't delete the address, but you can set up a Rule to move messages to that address to the Trash or another folder. Go to http://icloud.com and go to the Mail page, click the cogwheel icon at top right and choose 'Rules'.
It's a bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - even though in fact you haven't posted them in full; I've asked the hosts to remove them.
