I'd like to do Facetime w/ my parents, but I'm also stupid CLEAR user.
I am using CLEAR internet service..
At home, I cannot do facetime and I cannot even sign in.
Sometimes it connected, but never allowed me do Facetime w/ my friends.
It begins "Unlimit Connecting"
Everywhere (except for my house) is perfect to do Facetime, but it is NOT working at my house.
It works at Starbucks and even Chik-fil-a.
It feels like my internet service is worse than SB and CFA.
In that, CLEAR is the problem.
BTW, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM CAME FROM..
PLEASE ANY1 CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM or HAVING SAME PROBLEM HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please take a look carefully as your references.
Situation #1
I was in trouble w/ Facetime at home as well.
Step 1: Chat w/ Clear
Step 2: Blah Blah Blah (Email, phone no, account no., and what is my problems, etc..)
Step 3: Trying to put me through the other people that they call professionals
Step 4: on the phone w/ professionals
Step 5: Ask me, "What is your problem?"
Step 6: Explain again.
Step 7: Reply me, "Hold on. I am gonna reset your internet. Then, see what happen."
Step 8: Nothing..
Step 9: "Hold on."
Step 10: Here is phone no. 1-888-FACETIME, they probably know how it overcome.
Step 11: "We have no problem and Facetime might have some problems."
Step 12: Now I am here..
This is the way how they works..
Do not even try to chat w/ them..
They will let you have phone no..
First things first - Facetime works over 3G with a 3G wifi hotspot. - I know this because I use it every day.
Facetime isnt very user friendly, at all. I had to try multiple things before it started working.
#1 - Please repost in a calm manner. Using Facetime is not only awfully absurd, it's also pretty.... strange.
If the iDevice is giving any errors - tell us.
BOTH Facetime devices must be connected. Obviously, but you can imagine how many times I've had to check for this.
Facetime needs to be enabled.
Make sure everything is correct for the iDevice/Mac you are connecting to.
Facetime is kinda hard to use. I'm a PC (PC is PERSONAL COMPUTER meaning Mac OS machines and Windows machines) tech and I can tell you it's not that easy. Calm yourself down, step back for a few minutes, and recheck the configurations. Facetime uses a pretty compressed format - so you can use it over 3G no problem - if you wanted to.
So check your configuration and get back to us.

Yes you can do it. I do it with 4 different devices all using the same Apple ID.
You need to associate different email addresses for each device in order to use those email addresses as the "contact at" email address. The reason the calls are dropping on you now is that what you are trying to do is like calling yourself on your own phone.
You can also create new iCloud accounts on each device simply to use for FaceTime, but I'm guessing that the users of the other two devices have their own email addresses which will make this work for you quite easily.

The seems to go against what Gail said and the issue you raised about buying dup apps was my first concern. If this other post is correct, how to I set a different "contact at" in the iPod Touch?

When I try to, the person on the other side can't hear me, and all I can hear are noises. But when I use apps like Viber or Facetime, I can make calls just fine! What may be the problem?
Did you fix the problem? I have the same problem and it has been pain in the neck.

You should really read the manual.

They would only be where you put them. What program did you use to import them? Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer. -

i have in the meantim had to open www.icloud. then from there import the file that i am working on and then check on ipad if it uploaded/ yes it did.
but what a waste of time as it doesn not save any changes done automatically back in the cloud....

Server encounters and error when using FaceTime on MacBook Pro but not while using on iPad
Whenever I try to use FaceTime on MacBook Pro, it tells me "the server is encountering an error processing registration, please try again later". It also says that I have the option to create a new Apple ID account in order to use FaceTime.

It sounds like you are unable to sign into FaceTime on your Mac, but on your iPad it works fine. I would use the troubleshooting steps in the following article about FaceTime for Mac:

when i facetime someone they cant hear me, and also when i record a video there is no sound, however when i make a phone call there is no problem. any solutions?
When I try to make a call it will go through and I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me, is there a setting that disables the speaker when using the headphones to try to make a call, also speakerphone automatically goes on when I start a call which I do not like, any suggestions how to fix this?

I can call other people on facetime and reach them but if they call me it doesn't ring. What do I change I my strings to get it to ring. If they call me first, I can see the call coming in and accept it but it doesn't ring.

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

I would like stay only with the 2014 version but i don´t find more the desinstaller of old CC version and the 2 versions takes a lopt of space on my disk... is it normal or is there a necessity to stay with the 2 versions... I am using chat-r wireless and facetime is not working but when i put rogers fido or any other carrier sim in it work. Anyone know what the problem?
I'm guessing it's a compatibility problem similar to that that T-Mobile in the US has. I'm not familiar with chat-r wireless, but I'm guessing it's not a supported carrier for the iPhone. If they can't tell you how to fix it, I'm guessing it's just plain not going to work.

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.
