If you look at the protection settings of the PDF how did they do it?

Per the sceenshot that you have provided which shows:
1. Changing the Document : Not Allowed
2. Document Assenbly : Not Allowed
.... it means that there is a Digital Signature on the document. You will not be able to make changes.
Further, as you we can se:
3. Commenting : Not Allowed
.... it means that the properties that you are looking at is the properties of a PDF Form. Dynamic forms cannot be made to alow comments.
So, if you create a PDF Form the you will get the option 3 as Not Allowed. Next if you apply digital signature on your PDF document, the option 1 & 2 will be Not Allowed. For that you need to have the Acrobat X Pro desktop application.

This looks like a change of behaviour in iTunes 12. Once songs are queued up to the Up Next list then they play whether ticked or not. If you want to skip certain songs already queued click the Up Next tool, then click the small X to the left of the song that appears when you hover over it.

To do a step by step instruction on here will take someone a very long time, as you havent really said at what level you are at.
On Youtube there are a lot of animation tutorials for PS. But essentially in this case you are moving that white streak across a few frames at a time.

How hard to make a website like this one ?

Hi, I hope I don't stress people with my status, but I'm a
complete newbie with desire to learn. I just figured out we have
Dreamweaver at school in the Mac studio, adobe version if I recall
correctly and I wanted to make a band website with it, but couldn't
understand where to start.
So first, since I don't want to hire anybody to do it for me,
I would like to know how hard it would be to make a website like
this one :

In my logic, the first step would be to create a background
image with the menu drawn in it then add buttons to them to
navigate. I would then add the content boxes with scroll bars using
the draw div function.
My second question, how do I go about learning this software
? Are courses given somewhere ?

If you know nothing of web design and development, it's going
to be hard.
Not that you can't do it. It's just going to take you a lot
of time and
effort to get up to speed on things.

That isn't how that site was built nor the best way to to it.
The site in
question is fairly basic HTML and then styled with a lot of
well put
together CSS.

Don't learn Dreamweaver. Instead, learn HTML, CSS,
Javascript, etc. Getting
a basic understanding of HTML and CSS will then allow you to
figure out
Dreamweaver fairly intuitively, plus you'll have a MUCH
better framework of
understanding to work from.

I want to build an editor in my site with a login editor that looks like this one. I tried the adobeincontextediting and it won'e let me change the text size, color or insert a table. If I can just make one like the one on this page somehow with a login I would be so happy.
I built a site for my friend www.bigskyboxers.com and she wants to be able to edit it. I put the adobeincontextediting in it but I can't get it to work. Any suggestions? Heidi

As far as editing tables goes... they need to be VERY strictly formatted.

Using your table, your code should look something like this:

I added <tbody> tag, highlghted in blue. Look over the notes on structuring tables as to why.
That will solve your problem if you follow the guidelines I have there.
Problems are highlighted in red. User cannot change background images that are nested. That should be done with CSS anyway.
Also, note that I left out the table that this table is nested in... nesting tables will not allow you to do what you are trying to accomplish. You shold wrap the table in a "div" and alternatively make that <div> something like <div ice:editable "*">
The other code on the page has repeating regions, etc, BUT NO EDITABLE REGIONS... it sould look something like this:
<div ice:repeating="true" ice:editable="*">Content for new Repeating Region goes here</div>
Read through the info on tables and it will help you alot. Generlly, I would say avoid them & alternatively use properly styles <div>'s instead. But if you MUST use tables, structure them as I have & they'll cooperate with you.

How do I create a movie like this one?

I have OS X 10.6.1. I'd like to create a QuickTime movie like this http://www.happytapper.com/appsmovie.html and embed it into a webpage the same way. Here are a few questions I have about doing that:
- Do I need Quicktime Pro? I only want to capture the iPhone simulator and the free version seems to be limited to full screen capture.
- How do you get a completely black background like that?
- How do you remove the mouse arrow out of the movie (all the clicking around)? The simulator will definitely show that.

Start ITM like day one, how it's possibile and how to rescan all my music?

i subscribe to ITM like two years ago and of course, the service began scanning my collection and match all my song. At the moment, i have 7598 matched songs and 1378 uploaded. Now my question is: how can i restart my itunes match and library like day one and let itunes to rescan my all library and maybe be lucky and discover that all the uploaded songs will be matched???
During these years, i formatted my mbp maybe 3 times and everytime i copy my mp3 collection and after the format re insert on itunes...maybe everytime i did this, itunes match start like was the first time or maybe not?
Or just how can i recheck my uploaded songs?

I don't think this will solve your problem as iTunes Match remember that a track has been previously uploaded. It is unlikely that this will result in tracks being matched.
You could try and remove just the uploaded tracks using the second library method. Once you see the tracks with iCloud status as removed in your original library, try converting tracks from mp3 to AAC or vice versa. Itunes Match may recognise change but match is not guaranteed. Reripping original CD on different format may also work.
By the way, you have around 85% of your library matched. This is a very good match rate. So I suspect to may be wasting your time.

HP Proliant ML360 Server: How hard would it be to install Windows 2012 R2 on an older server like this one?

I am an it tech in need of some help. I don't mess with our servers that often, and I could use some guidance in setting up this particular machine. We would like to use this server with 2012 R2 for Michigan M-step caching machine, and possibly setting up
a ticket system for maintenance, and technology repairs. This server was configured before I got here, and I would like to delete the current novell software and Server 2003, and start over fresh. Is there a manual that you could recommend, or a step by step
instruction guide that will show me the correct steps to take. I have watched youtube videos, read different articles, however they really didn't give me the information that I am looking for to set up this server. Any help you can give me would be greatly
appreciated!!

The very first thing you need to determine is if the ML360 is a 32-bit or 64-bit server. If it is 32-bit, it's a no-go. Windows Server 2012 is 64-bit only.
The next issue is installation media. Does the ML360 have a DVD or CD reader? 2012 R2 comes on DVD. It's possible to install from USB, but that's if the system supports it. Does the ML360 support booting from USB?
Yes, the smart start capability is neat, but it is generally geared to a specific release of an operating system for a server that supports that operating system. The ML 360 is old enough that smart start may not work on it.
I would go out to HP.com and download all the latest drivers for the ML360 and put those on a CD. I would also get the latest BIOS/Firmware. Make sure the system is updated to the latest BIOS/Firmware.
Before trying to give any further suggestions, it would help to know exactly what you have.

Tim -- all HP ML360s support 64-bit architecture. That was the first Series HP released full x64 bit architecture support. (I'm an HP Accredited Platform Specialist)

I want to create something like that, of course a lot simpler. I opened up Motion today but it looks different compare to Adobe Flash. How should I get start? Can someone tell me what I need to do first? Or please explain the keyframe thing please? Thank you so much!

There are quite a few YouTube tutorials out there (including some ripped directly from my book) - there are also other resources listed in the thread I linked. Almost anything that can be done in After Effects can be done in Motion, but you need to know Motion well enough to translate.
A big difference with Motion over AE is that Motion gives you behaviors - want something to move across the screen? Apply a throw behavior, want it to spin? Apply a spin behavior. Etc...
Not to mention all the projects that you can find in these very discussions...

Firefox is remembering logins and passwords even when I've set the options to clear them when I exit. I access confidential sites and do not like this. How can I turn off this feature?

I want all passwords, browsing history, everything to clear when I shut down. Currently, it maintains my logins for certain sites. Due the confidentiality of my work, I do not want this to happen. I went to options and set it to clear upon closing, but that is not working.

If you mean websites remembering you by saving cookies via session restore then you can try this.
You can set the pref <b>browser.sessionstore.privacy_level</b> to 2 (never) or 1 (non-HTTPS, default in Firefox 3 versions) on the <b>about:config</b> page to disable saving cookies via session restore.

Recently i have stumbled upon an application( https://itunes.apple.com/gr/app/my-f2g/id655527223?mt=8 ) which i use for controlling my mobile phone number account and i saw that if i want to replenish my account,i can do it from inside the app with the help of Paypal. As far as i know and according to 11.2 of Apple's review Guidelines :
"Apps utilizing a system other than the In-App Purchase API (IAP) to purchase content, functionality, or services in an App will be rejected"
Is this valid? Can i use the Paypal SDK to collect payments inside my app or is this a special app with permitted usage of Paypal SDK?

It looks like it falls under the other side of the Apple payment clause. While you must use Apple for in-app purchases or anything app or software related, any purchases other than that must not use Apple's services. So if you were topping up a prepaid phone number and just using an app for, say, buying shoes, you would be required to use PayPal or some other 3rd party payment provider.
