I deactivated my account in May but I was charged again.. What is going on?

Hi, my number is currently deactivated because I am overseas for the moment (I believe the date of deactivation was sometime around mid-May).
A couple of days ago, I received an e-mail saying my balance is past due. From what I recall, since my deactivation I would not be charged any more. And at the point of the deactivation, I did not owe anything. I am very shocked and surprised as to where these numbers came from.
Also, to address this issue, I tried logging on to the website for live chat using my number, but the page indicated that such number does not exist. Can someone tell me a verizonwireless representative's e-mail address or guide me to them on this forum? Thanks

yes did you buy it of somebody or a well known company such as apple or carphone warehouse?
and i mean the phone would have been activated in the first place with the sim card you get given when you first get the phone.
trying to activate the phone with another sim card that you did not get when you brought the phone may result in you not being able to activate it

You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen after you tap the store button in the top corner of the iBook app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

My in app purchase for Brothers in Arms 2 didn't load but I was charged for it. Clicking "report a problem" brings me to the support home page rather than allowing me to send a report of the issue. How can I get my $9.99 back? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I did that. Clicking "report a problem" doesn't bring me to the screens shown on your link; it opens the Apple Support website. That's how i got here to ask the question.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
