Ok - success!!! The songs are on my iPhone now!
What I did....first I went in iTunes on my Mac and knocked the stars back to 1 star so they they would fall off my top rated. I synced again with the iPhone. No change yet.
Then I went back into iTunes on the Mac and manually DELETED the songs and moved them all to the trash. I emptied the trash. Then I synced again with the iPhone.
Then I just ripped the CD again in iTunes, then five-starred each song, so they went right into my Top Rated on the Mac. Then one more sync with the iPhone and voila! There they are! Phew! This was weird, and soooooo un-Apple like....but it's cool, and it's all good now.

One of the purposes of the lock button is to recover from certain software failures. Without the lock button, such a recovery is nearly impossible. My advice would have served you best when the malfuction first developed, not after you forgot your passcode.

It looks like you are deleting your song correctly. The cloud and arrow is indicating that the song is no longer on your iPhone, but remains available from iCloud. See this:
Remove a song that’s been downloaded. Swipe left, then tap Delete. The song is removed from iPhone, but remains available from iCloud.

When you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID. This article describes how to manage these associations.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.
Note: Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90-day timer. You must wait 90 days from the day the device was first associated with your Apple ID before it can be associated with another Apple ID.

I am trying to delete a song from my iPhone music library.I delete it and then I eject my iPhone.When i reconnect it,the song is there again.

In the Settings of Music there's an option called "Show all Music" if I'm right.
Disable it then see if it helps.
The real problem of this iOS 7 update is that you can't delete a whole artist like you could in the iOS 6.
Apple will have to suggest a solution and quick because it is not comfortable at all.

Since updating to IOS 7.1.2 I can't delete any song from my iphone (except 1 by 1). I've tried all the options in itunes (uncheck and manage my music manually) and in the phone directly with Settings/General/Usage and delete. Nothing works....

Here's what I did:
1. I synced my phone to iTunes and under the music tab, I selected sync only checked playlists. I made sure I had none of my playlists selected.
2. After syncing I ejected the phone, and checked my music app. There now was no music at all on my phone.
3. Synced it again to iTunes and synced music how I typically do. When it was finished, I checked for the unwanted song, and it was gone.
Maybe this will work for you as well.

Which way are you swiping across its track name ? On iOS 7 you need to swipe from right to left, which should reveal a Delete button on its right-hand end
