I just got a new computer and downloaded iTunes for my iPod. I recently used it to sync some songs and everything worked just fine. Today, I plug in my iPod and it deleted all of my movies and TV shows that I purchased on iTunes before I got the new computer. Is there any way to get them back?

I don't see an issue, but if you mean why didn't you get most of your memory back you need to see what else is using storage. Go to Settings/General/Usage. Wait a bit for it to calculate storage allocation, then when it finishes you can see how much storage each app uses.

I updated my Iphone 4s to the IOS 7.0.2 and i have having a lot of trouble. My apps are not found, neither is my music or videos. When I tried to reload the purchased there was NOTHING there! I need help! I did try to reupdate and it said that the software was up to date
If it's in recovery mode, the data is already gone. Why did you never back up your important data?

my daughter has accidentally deleted all her videos on her ipod nano - is there any way of retreiving them?
If your daughter owns a 5G Nano (the one with the camera built-in) and she deleted her recorded videos, I'm afraid you are out of luck. There is a small chance that some expensive data recovery solutions can recover some of that, but again the chances are slim.

Ok so this is the issue.....Last week I opened my 5th gen iPod touch on my mac at work, I seemed to have loads of space and when I checked it had deleted all my videos and music. So I just wiped it and restored it.
I then loaded the music and videos again and it seemed fine.
So yesterday I added some videos to it on my mac at home and watched a few, then was watching one in the taxi this morning. I go to work, added a few videos and although it shows all my videos, about 30 of them and all my music when I click on them it comes up with and they aren't actually on. So it's deleted them again!
Now I have it set to manually managed music and videos so what's the problem?
I don't mind putting stuff back on but I don't wan this to be a regular occurence.
Any ideas? Thanks loads in advance,

I tried to sync my iPod touch to a new MacPro laptop and it deleted all of my music and videos. I called tech support and they told me to email iTunes and they would give it back to me. How do I do this??
Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

I tried doing my update and it told me I don't have enough storage, so I deleted all of my apps, photos, videos, and music and I still don't have enough storage. Any suggestions?
Do you memeber the complete wording of the error message?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My 16gb iPhone 4S keep tell me that my storage is almost full and I don't have enough space for any upgrades. I don't have any music or videos on my phone. My iPad 3 is for school, so I take a ton of notes on notability. I just updated it recently, and I have almost no space. My iPad has a 16 GB capacity, and my usage says I have used up 13.3 GB. I deleted all my photos, all my videos, most of my music, almost all of my notes, and 75% of all my apps. But everyday it seems like there is more space being used up. I don't get it. It's making my iPad shut down randomly and is not letting me take any photos, even though I have no photos!! It is very annoying! Help!

How can I delete ALL music and SOME video from my iPad?
I have a MB Pro running Yosemite (10.10.1), and and a 2nd Generation iPad Air (iOS4.3.3.)
I'd like to keep some, but not all of my video library on my iPad, and delete all the music from it. (I have my music on my iPhone 6+, and don't need it on the iPad, as I carry them both with me all the time.)

hi i have a i pod touch (2nd generation i think). last night i was setting the alarm clock on it and once i had done that i tryed to go to the home page but it wouldnt let me do it so i figured out it had frozzen an once it had stopped being frozzen i went to go and listen to some songs as i had downloaded 2 new song straight to my ipod from itunes (using wifi) once i got to my music i went to have a look through my albams i had noticed that my ipod or itunes had deleted all my music and videos (apart from the songs and videos that i had downloaded straight to my ipod from itunes using wifi) all my photos and apps are still on my ipod and i was just wondering if this has happend to any one else before and to get all my old songs back do i need to reconect my ipod to my laptop or will the songs just come back PLEASE HELP IM IN NEED OF ANWERS FAST thank you and sorry for all the writing x
Plug your iPod into your computer and resync your songs back on.

I deleted all my photos and videos and then delete the deleted files but the photo app is still taking up 12 GB of space and I have no room for new stuff. How can I clear the memory space used by my deleted videos and photos? I don't know why the photos are still taking up space and if I will have to reset my phone to get rid of the problem.

someone please help i went to a concert and took tones of videos and pics but then when i got home my camera role was full so i looked on icloud and saw that everything has been saved on there so i didnt worry about deleteing all of my videos and photos but then when i did that ( always the way it goes ya dont reolize until its to late :@ ) all my videos wont play they have almost just turned into photos. you see the start image like on camera role thing but you cant click on it to play the video

I find that shared video can be troublesome, a few haven't appeared to work as you describe but have done when I've looked at a later date. Hopefully they will work if you give them a bit longer. perhaps it would be a good idea if you make sure they are working before deleting them from the camera roll. -
How do I get more space to update my iPhone 4 to iOS7? I am currently on iOS 6.1.3 with 6.3 GB capacity, 1.4 GB available AFTER deleting all apps, photos, music, and videos, and I need 3.8 GB.
Update using iTunes on your computer. The space requirement does not apply because of how the process works via iTunes as opposed to over the air.

How do i put tv programmes and videos from itunes to another iphone, without having to delete all data on the phone and replacing it with my library? i switched the 'sync only ticked songs and videos' yet it still wont let me transfer videos from my itunes onto my new phone, any ideas??
Copy the entire itunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.
