I deleted an App, it's still in my Libary! HOW DO I GET IT BACK ON MY IPOD?

A while back, I got a free app off iTunes. It stopped working last week, so I deleted it, thinking I could get the App back on my iPod. Unfortunately, the App has been taken off iTunes. I do still have the App in my iTunes libary on my PC, but I don't know how to put the App back on my iPod!! Please help me!

How do you have your iPod set up to sync Applications from under the Applications tab for your iPod touch in iTunes? Double check your sync settings and configure them so that you can sync this Application to your iPod.

Swipe through your screens and swipe to the left of your Home screen. Type in App Store in the search field. It's a permanent pre installed Apple app so it can't be deleted.
If you can't locate it on the iPad for some reason, connect the device to your computer. Right or control click the iPad under Devices left side of the iTunes window then click: Restore from backup

Unless you have the app and its contents backed up, they are gone.

The Messages app is part of the iOS operating system on your iPhone, so it can't be deleted. That's the good news. So, it may have been moved to a different home screen. You can use the Spotlight feature to search for the app on your iPhone. Here's how:

It's not possible to delete it. Try resetting the home page layout. It has to have been moved to another page or a folder... oh, wait. you can't reset the home page layout without getting to it.
Go to the search page (press the home button once when on the first screen or swipe right from the home screen and type settings. Provided you have not turned off application search results in spotlight settings, you should be able to get to it from there.

Tried turning off/on and hard resetting - didn't work.
Spotlight search didn't find them either.
Had about 5 pages of apps - now only have 2 so they're not on another page.
The settings app is missing too so can't reset through settings.

Check the papers that came with your PC or the web site of the vendor. OEM versions are either on the recovery discs they provide or can be downloaded from their site.

Make sure your headphones are plugged all the way in. The white plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the body of the nano.

On the other account, control-click its Dock icon and choose Show in Finder. If it's located in a place other than the Applications folder at the top level of the drive, move it there. If it is, go back into yours, open the Applications folder, and drag it to the Dock.

It's a bit confusing for many people, but iTunes doesn't really store the contacts. It's just used as a conduit to third party contact programmes, such as Outlook on a PC. IF you were using Outlook (or a similar, supported programme) all is good.
If you were't using something like it, the contacts are gone.
