Use the cleaner script to remove CC, then you reinstall.

Trouble with Adobe Proto and Creative Cloud

Hey,
I've created a prototype on my iPad using Proto. I'ts a simple mockup with just a few base elements, and 2 pages.
When it syncs to Creative Cloud, it shows as 3 pages (it's only 2) and all three pages are the first page. So I don't get the second page, instead I get the first page three times.
I've tried deleting and creating a new document, nothing. Proto is updated to the latest version.
My second problem with proto, is that when I export my prototype and send it via e-mail on my iPad, it adds extra elements. For instance it duplicates a paragraph element in the header, for absolutely no reason, that element isn't there in the document.
Please advise, Proto is basically useless with these flaws.

I was able to reproduce the behavior you described with the way the project appears when uploaded and viewed on Creative Cloud. I have reported the behavior to our developers and it will be fixed.
For the second issue I wasn't able to reproduce what you described. I uploaded a project from Proto 1.5 on my iPad2. Do you have version 1.5 too? and then imported into Dreamweaver CS6 version 12.0 build 5842. I wasn't getting any additional elements. Does this occur for you with a newly created project? Are you using Dreamweaver CS6 as well? Is Dreamweaver on Windows or Mac?

Install Photoshop CC and Creative cloud.

Cannot install Creative cloud setup. Keeps telling to connect to the internet and retry, but I am connected. Worked ok on laptop, but I need it on this desktop.
PC is connected to router with ethernet incase it was a wireless issue, and other areas of internet seem ok.
Grateful for any help.

Thanks, but just before midnight last night I decided to have one last go (must have been the 50th attempt) and it worked.
No idea why, nothing has changed, but at least it's all ok now, albeit after a very late night.
Put it down to gremlins.
Much impressed with the way Lightroom picked up Photoshop and integrated it as external app without need to do it manually.
Strange as well that KPT3 will still work with CC, but the later KPT effect won't. Oh well!

Installation problem with Photoshop CS6 from Creative Cloud

I try to install CS6 from Creative Cloud using the Adobe Application manager, and everything is fine until I click Start on the application after download. Then, I get a question if I want to buy a CS6 Extended licence after the trial period. I have already uninstalled the CS6 Extended trial version. Se picture attached. I am running Windows 7.

Hello, I have 2 big problems, when I lauching Premiere Pro, the software closes automatically after 5 seconds. It's the same thing with Photoshop. The second is about the software of Creative cloud, there isn't any information in the software, just a white page.. Please help me !

Neoriser are you referring to the Creative Cloud Desktop application being blank?

Photoshop Elements and Creative Cloud

If I buy Photoshop Elements 11 software, do I have to purchase a Creative Cloud membership?

No. At least so far, Elements isn't part of Creative Cloud at all. If it ever does become necessary to have a membership, that will be with some future version, so you're fine with PSE 11.

Muse can't "see" my installed Add-ons from Adobe add-ons. I have a PC with Windows 7 and Creative Cloud.

The Add-ons that I buy on Adobe is downloading and installing ok, according to the responds I see on thr icon of Creative Cloud in the right corner in win7, but they do not appear in Muse...I have re-installed Muse and Exhange CC. In Exhange CC all my Add-ons are under the catagory "Others" (Norwegian"Andre"), but I have installed a plug-in from Pond5 and Zencaptie for Premiere CC and they are ok. Its only Muse that have this problem, on my PC with Win7. Hope anyone can help, thanks!

muse library” button… it is very small and easy to miss.
Browse to the download folder and
find the extension file which will be added to your library for you to use.

Photoshop BETA and Creative Cloud password incorrect?

I downloaded the BETA of Photoshop, now I have purchased the Creative Cloud. When I launch Photoshop I am prompted to enter my user name and password, I know they are correct, but I get a message that says The password you entered does not match your Adobe ID, it then promts me to change my password. I logged out of the forums, logged back in using the same username and password and they are fine. Should I uninstall the Beta? The ap launcher says installation failed when I try to download Photoshop, although it did download Illustrator.

Muse crashing on two Win 7 64 bit PC's, tried uninstalling all copies and putting back in with standalone installer and Creative Cloud installer

Can any one help me get Muse working on both my PC's, always worked fine until 2014 version. Problem happens after opening a past website and trying to delete pages which show in navigation but should be in sub menu.

Installing FLash player (and Creative cloud)

I am having trouble with Flash player and creative cloud. Most recently I have tried umpteen times to install Flash player and it wont work. I have run through uninstalling it. re installing it. ensuring it is enabled. and nothing. i have established that i DO have the current version on my computer through the \app\ through your website...its the 11.9 version. but when I try to use FB to upload photos, it says i have to install the latest version of flash.
I have also had the same issue with CC. I have a subscription and i have downloaded the desk top app, but I cannot see or access it. I have it listed in my control panel, under programs...but cannot see it anywhere else.
What else can I do? I am so frustrrated. mostly with these adobe products - they just dont seem to 'stay' on my comp. LR and PS both work - downnloaded from CC...but nothing else really!?

This is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11 (which I can only assume you're using because this is where the FB problems occur), which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released their latest "untested" browser. The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
Firefox (from Mozilla)
Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

It shouldn't be. You can use multiple Apple ID's one one device. But keep in mind that purchases made under one ID are permanently tied to that ID. So if you need to update an app that was purchased with a certain Apple ID, it will needed to be updated with those Apple ID credentials.

The ICloud songs are turned off and it wasn't iTunes Radio. 2 more songs like this have appeared and I can't delete them from both my iPhone or my computer (they don't even show up on my computer). Generally this should work, but of course there may be occasional compatibility issues across the different programs and their different versions.
