I deleted my playlist by accident and now i cant update my ipod

i got my ipod nano 4 months ago and now i had enough songs so i made a playlist and i wanted to add more songs to it so i deleted it and now it says that " cannot update your ipod files for syncing have been deleted " i have no idea what to do

Just recreate the playlist with the exact same name, put whatever music you want in it, then it should update just fine. If you don't remember the exact name of the playlist, check your iPod.

So far, so long. Now I'd found the losen videos in the trash. I drag the video out on the desktop and now I can't play it in iMovie. iMovie opens, but the video doesn't play!

I have tried and confimed that you can download the previous version from some web-site about the version 10.5.1.42.
Remove/un-install 10.5.2.11 and restart your computer.
Install the old version 10.5.1.42
and then you can find the "Devices" on the left column and showing synchronizing when you connect the cable.

What happens when you connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes?
Yes sometimes the backup will be corrupted and if you do not have another backup you will have to restore to factory defaults/new iPod.

Ask Apple to re-enable it. I had an unauthorized purchase last October. They disabled my account until the problem was solved. Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.
