I did manual creation of DB. How can I start the DB Homepage.

Hi all,
I installed XE on Fedora core 4. DB can not be created (dont know why). So, I decided to create DB manually.
The content of listener.ora:

The listener is also runing, listening on port 8080. But I cannot access DBhomepage http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex. The message displayed is
""The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
The browser is firefox, use "direct connection" option in "Connection Setting". (this obeys installation guide by Oracle)
I think that I should do some more configuration.
Could anyone have suggestion?

If you create the database manually, you're missing the integrated apex part. There's no documentation on how to do this manually either. Unless you can live without apex, you'll have to do a reinstall (or find a way to restore the original database supplied with the installation).
