I did my iphone update an i lost my memos, how can i do to recover it? IOS 5 to 6
it was not downloading iTune videos, I downloaded an app from the AppStore and there I have the videos. Also I shut off safari after receiving that message. Edited my information and reset most of the things.

Once it's in recovery mode, everything on the phone is already gone. If you've been backing it up and syncing on a regular basis, it should restore just fine.

Everything should be on your computer.
You should be syncing contacts and calendars with your comptuer regularly.
You should be transferring all itunes purchases to your computer regularly.
You should be importing all pics taken with iphone to your computer regularly.
Most especially before any update.

I can't access iTunes Match or make any Music or app purchases or updates after updating to iOS 6. No matter how many times I've reset my iphone4 and reentered my account information I can't assess my music in iTunes Match or purchase or update any apps or music. How can I fix this. You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

If you don't have a backup then the only possible solution is to go back to the store and see if they can get your old phone and create a backup of that. I know very often that Apple employees will wipe the returned iPhones clean before shipping them back to wherever they ship them.
When you say your old phone was "broken" does this mean it is dead and won't turn on?
Do you have a Time Machine backup of your computer, or a clone that might have this info on it?
Other than that I hate to say you may be out of luck. Time Machine and/or a cloning program performed regularily will inevitably save your a** in situations like this.

And I am very confused by your query. Your iTunes account is the same on all devices - unless of course you have multiple accounts to begin with.
If you do have another Apple ID that you use for the iPad purchases, you can sign out of the account that is on the iPad in Settings>Store.

iCloud Backup is turned on
It has a Wi-Fi connection
It is connected to a power source
The screen is off
5GB is plenty of storage for me to backup to iCloud automatically.
I have a 64GB iPhone & a 128GB iPad both backing up to the same iCloud account and I still have nearly 2GB free.
This is mainly because media is not backed up and Photo Stream & iTunes purchases do not count against your iCloud storage.

like roaminggnome said you should see your contacts again once you sync with iTunes. if you used iCloud before, make sure contact sync is turned on and your contacts should be back.

Downgrading of any version of iOS isn't supported by Apple. If you search the web, you may find instructions that may work, but you're on your own should any problems arise. For many people it goes without problems, but for some it's reportedly disabled their devices.
