we have been working all evening trying to get my hp all-in-one printer working and have not succees yet some one  left me   i think

I see that you have been having some issues getting your HP printer setup, regarding the proxy you will need, I would like to try and help.
First, I will need to know the model number for the printer.
Typically, this error is present when trying to setup the printer for Web Services, if your router has a proxy to put it, that is something your router support will need to help you with. If you router has no such settings, the printer may need to be setup with a manual I.P and DNS to clear this error up.
Once I know the model of printer I will be able to further assist you.

The NANO assumed the name of a previously installed IPod touch and resetting does not clear this name. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.updating driver software and resetting the NANO without any success

    What model computer do you have? some early trackpads will not support all gestures.
    Front Row was dropped by Apple in Lion. I beleive it can be recovered from Snow Leopard, I haven't tried it myself.

    I would try first in iTunes right clicking on your iPad and selecting "Transfer Purchases from iPad". This will add any new downloads from your iPad to your computer. Then click on the iPad and at the top choose Apps and make sure you have "Sync Apps" checked. I hope that helps.

    Tap Settings / Notifications. Make sure that is turned on.
    Then swipe through the apps just below that. If you see the whatsup app, make sure sounds and alerts are turned on also.

    Not usually.
    Apple has had similar offerings every year, to which they always establish a time interval for elligibility. I've not seen where they give credit to prior sales on the education perks.

    Purchased music does not count against your iCloud storage and you cannot get rid of them in the purchased tab.
    What is backed up

    You can re-download content purchased from the app store using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the app store using the purchased option which is revealed by tapping the updates option at the bottom of the screen of the App store app on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
