I did not make a back up for my administrator password, can i reset it anyway?

need to get into my administrator user and forgot my password, did not make a back up

Hi,
Using another PC, download the application on the following link and save it to your Downloads folder.
PC Login Now
When the download has completed, open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer - this will result in another file appearing which is the disc image ( .ISO ) that you need to burn to a CD.
You will now need to use an application such as ImgBurn to burn this ISO correctly to a blank CD - a guide on using ImgBurn to write an ISO to a disc is Here.
Insert the CD into your PC you can't log in to and restart to boot from the disc.

    Check the General -> Restrictions settings and see if perhaps the iTunes app is turned off there. If not, the app may have been inadvertently moved to another home screen or dropped into a folder. Do a search for the app or try resetting the Home screen layout: Choose General > Reset, then tap Reset Home Screen Layout.

    I have the exact same problem trying to use the Remote app on both my iPhone 3gs and iPad 2 with either my Mac or ATV2.  My Remote app used to work on my phone - I can't recall if I ever actually used it with my iPad, but when I tried today, I got all the same results as you did (on both iPad, and then iPhone).  I  was using my ATV2 to play music from iTunes on my Mac and wanted to use the Remote app, but it would not connect to either device no matter what I did.

    The difficulty is you have to unencrypt during the restore process, which you cannot do with an Android device.

    You need to be running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to sync the iPhone 5; this may require buying a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store. OS upgrades aren't covered by the warranty.

  • Billed for calls I did not make

    I recently received my bill and noticed 550 calls made against my Broadband Internet Phone (£177). I definitely did not make any them and no one else has access to my premises. I have not used my Internet Phone for the last 2 years so how come if they are meant to deactivate it after 90 days I have suddenly got billed for any calls ?
    I have tried with the Help lines and they are completely useless firstly accusing me of lying and secondly treating me in a very condescending and patronising manner. They keep harping on about having found no problems with my line etc but I know that.
    I have downloaded all the numbers of the calls made and suggested to BT that they contact the regular/frequent use ones to see who they have received calls from but I'm afraid this seems beyond their investigative capability.
    Any help or guidance would be welcome.

    If you are planning on using iCloud to store files, forget about iCloud and use a cloud storage service like SkyDrive or Dropbox. iCloud is focused on information sync between the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC instead of storing files like MobileMe. It's not worth using iCloud for this.
    If you still want to set up iCloud, open Settings > iCloud, log in with your Apple ID and follow its steps

    If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
    Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account in which case it will be up to your bank to handle.
