I just bought a movie but I realized that it is bot working on chromecast. Can I get a refund? I have not watch the movie and have not downloaded it.

Contact iTunes Support. http://apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. Under these circumstances, you will probably get a refund. Report that app as well, and/or write a negative review in the App Store if you feel like it.

Check the songs are really not in the Music section of the library by clicking the magnifying glass in the search box and unticking Search Entire Library if it is ticked, then typing in the name of the album. If the tracks still don't show try closing iTunes and deleting a hidden file called sentinel from inside your iTunes folder. This should make iTunes run an integrity check on the database when you start it again. Make sure the tracks are checked before you try syncing again.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
You can delete songs from your iTunes library on your mobile device by swiping them and then tapping the delete button that appears.

You can't reverse a charge just because you didn't mean to buy something. According to the terms of the iTunes, App Stores, iBook store that you agreed to when you signed up for an Apple ID - all sales are final and there are no refunds.
That doesn't mean that you can't try anyway. Plead your case to iTunes Store support and see if they will accommodate you, but realize that of they do so, it is beyond the scope of the agreement and don't expect it to happen again, so pay closer attention to what you are purchasing in the future.

These message yoy are receiving are probably just a particular type of spam. However it is also possible (unlikely) that your email account is being used to send spam, and that these are the bounce messages.
To tell the difference, you need to look at the email headers. Open the message, then go to the View menu and select Message -> All Headers.
Select the text and post it back here (remembering to obscure your own email address first).

You can't get a new DVD, which is what RG said. VUDU, the download service Walmart resells, is a different subject and not what RG was referring to.
But what some other company can allow is irrelevent to the issue. From the iTunes Store, movies can be re-downloaded only in the US, and then only from those movie studios that have allowed it. This is not by Apple's choice; it's completely the choice of the movie studios.If your movie is not available under the Purchased section of your iTunes Store account, then redownloading is available only if you purchase the movie again.

Some of the apps shown in adverts / videos have been downloaded from the App Store, they don't come pre-installed e.g. the Facebook app is a free download the app store : 'official' Facebook app.
To upload photos to Facebook you can use the above app - you can't, for example, use Safari on the iPad to upload content to sites.
Not sure whether any apps allow you to upload videos to YouTube (I don't use the site).
