I did not receive a confirmation by email

I did not receive a confirmation of my App Store purchase by email. Since this email also contains the unlock code for the third-party software I purchased, it is a serious problem that I need resolved ASAP.
I cannot find a process by which a purchaser can 1) either access their full invoice online or 2) request that the invoice be resent. If such a process does not exist, this is an oversight that should be corrected.

    I called Verizon yesterday to upgrade my phone a month early. Verizon let me do so and I went ahead and ordered the LG G3 over the phone. I gave the customer service rep all my information including what plan I want, e-mail address, address, phone number, debit card number etc...and after I placed the order with her and agreed to terms and service, she said I would receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and tracking number within an hour. It's now been close to 24 hours and I have not received anything. Yes I've checked my spam folder. I also checked my bank account and not even a pre-authorization charge has been made. It's Tuesday so it is a business day so there really shouldn't be any delay in it showing up. So what gives? The rep also told me I should receive the new phone by delivery no later than Wednesday. For many reasons, I don't believe this is going to be the case.

    I forgot my old apple password and I follow the steps for reset my password. But my frustration is when i login my email there was no email on resetting my password.

    I've never received reset password emails.
    Despite waiting 24hrs (as some forum posts had suggested it takes a bit of time to come through). So I created new account using a new email.
    But now I have the same problem on a different account, and still nothing received. I've checked spam folder and email server but nothing is received. Other emails from Apple have been received, when I added voucher and when I registered to this forum.
    So if anyone else has found a resolution I would be most interested also.

    The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

    I purchased a phone charger about an hour ago and still have not received a confirmation email. I had checked out as a guest so I cannot check the order status that way and the charge has already showed up on my card. Additionally I had chosen the in store pick up option and am worried I will not receive an email alerting me when I am able to come and pick it up.  Has anyone had something similar like this happen?     You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as its inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then contact Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset them.
    Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security.
    When they've been reset check that your rescue email address is spelt correctly for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses.

    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account and request another email.

    Check your junk or spam mail folder.  Also, if you established a rescue email, it could be going to that email address.  If all else fails:
    Contact applecare and ask for account security.

    If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Your password was sent to your emergency email address.  Perhaps you have an email you never use?   I use the free email from my cable TV account as my emergency email.
    Your Apple account and cloud account are separate.   You could even have completely different user and password.   Most of us use the same user ID and password, but they are not the same thing, don't mix them up.
    If you can't retrieve emergency email, you will have to call apple support.
