I did not receive my payment refund

I live in Jamaica and I made a payment using my "Bank of Nova Scotia" Visa Debit card ........ i decided to open a case since my item was not shipped ........the payment was refunded and the case was AUTOMATICALLY closed and from that day ( June 15th ) my payment is still saying "refund pending" I would like to know what steps can I take since you guys guarantee my security with my transactions

Is this a punishment you use to anyone who takes up a stand against charges being made unauthorised on their account?. Please tell me why you have disabled my account. When will my account be restored? If not when will you refund ALL my purchases made to APPLE/ITUNES? I can then move on to another brand and hopefully better customer service. After reading articles regarding APPLE ID DISABLED it appears common practice from your company to DISABLE anyone's account if they question unknown charges. Please reply with your intentions regarding  the unauthorised payment and the DISABLING of my account.

    Seventy one is correct, you need to take this up with the manager of the store.
    Ultimately, if the guy who handled the return at the store didn't enter it into the system correctly, or if the paperwork was somehow lost, or anything else along those lines, your refund receipt is the only thing you have proving that they owe you money. If you have lost that receipt, it's quite possible that you will have lost the money that it represents.
    Go to the store. Talk to the manager. Try to recall which person at the store handled the return, and see if they remember you. Be polite but insistent, and remember that without the receipt, you are depending on those people to help you out.

    i find this very inconvenient on my part since this case happened to me. i have already made several case report problem and yet i did not received any feedback from apple itunes.
    is there anyway i can message itunes to follow up on this case since i find the "report a problem" button very worthless since it did not prompt to itunes support for the problem that i have reported.
    for me, they are only good on collecting money from itunes users. they dont care on the welfare of their users. :(

    I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells
