I did not use my computer yesterday, and now all of a sudden, Firework does not open at all after clicking on its icon or starting as a program. I did not download any upgrades or anything else, and I have Norton 360 version 3. I can open Internet Explorer, but that's not my default browser, so I have no problem with the Internet connection.
What could be the problem, how can I restore my browser without losing my bookmarks, settings, etc?

If you close Firefox, then start Firefox in Safe Mode, does the problem still occur? For instructions on starting in Safe Mode, see [[Safe Mode]]. Extensions can sometimes be the cause of problems. Lol idk I updated this iPhone right when I got it because it said there is a new update so I installed it as soon as possible and there is no plus sign over there. As of today, neither sample songs on the music store nor songs already downloaded will play correctly. They are stuttery and slow. I have iTunes 10.5 and have not downloaded any upgrades for anything recently. They were working last night. Thoughts or advice?
I found a solution that worked for me. Here is what I did and where I found it.
"Looks like I tracked down the problem, it worked for me so I hope this works for everyone else experiencing problems. Go to your Task Manager and locate the program APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push)..... if you see this executing terminate the program and then startup iTunes and it should come up fine. You will see afterwards that APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) starts back up but this is fine as long as iTunes has already started.
I tried playing both music and syncing up my iPhone with no problems. Note if you shutdown iTunes again you will have to terminate the process APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) again. Haven't had time to see what in the world Apple Push is but this appears to have corrected the problem so that you can at least use iTunes and sync any device that needs to be synced.

Hi, every time i try downloading ios5 it reaches 100% and then the connection times out and nothing happens after that; though the internet connection is fine as i can access other sites etc. what could be the problem?i tried using 2 different modems. Thank you all for your replies. Here is what i ended up doing. I cannot afford any 3rd party software so i went to itunes and manually entered all my playlists. As I had indicated my purchased music was on my new computer just not the playlists and I could not sync my ipod. After I rebuilt all my playlists I tried to restore my ipod to factory defaults/new. All of the steps called for in apple support and elsewhere were not available to me. I connected my ipod, went to my computer, right clicked my ipod, and formatted. That wiped my ipod so when I connected to itunes it then gave me a restore option. I did the restore and all is good in the empire again. I can now buy new music and sync my ipod so I am a happy camper.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I got a chance to look at it on a PC. Totally hosed up. It loads incorrectly then parts of it go blank.
I have a site that is based very much on one of the built-in templates and it works fine on the same PC. It contains only text boxes, image placeholders, and images with "picture frame" borders. Nothing fancy, no overlays, no extra code or anything. I haven't looked much at the other templates so I don't know if yours is mostly a template or how much you may have modified one or what tricks you may have done to get the look you wanted. Whatever it is, IE does not like it. Unfortunately, you can't really ignore them as was suggested; they make up a large part of your audience. -
Have been taking photos with my Ipad and sending them to email address and FB. For some reason it will now send photos to FB but not my email address. What could be the problem?
Does your email provider have a limit on the total file size allowed on their server? It could be that emails with photos send in the past are still on your email server. They might even be in the servers trash folder. If the total MB of those emails exceeds the amount allowed then no additional emails can be received. Try using a web mail page to check and edit what's on the email server.

i have model A1458...been acting possessed.... apps opening and closing on their own...zooming in and out... not always responsive to my touch... what could be the problem?
The two most likely culprits would be a faulty cable/charging block or a bad digitizer. Try charging the device with a different charger and cable. If the problem goes away, then the problem is with your charger. If it does not, try the basics of resetting, restoriing from back up, restoring as new. If you still have the problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store for evaluation.

My iPhone 4 turns off (crashes) after accesing any apps, It work fine when plugged to charger (power supply). I tried all troubleshooting steps suggested by Apple but it doesn't work. I backed up my phone. I restored it several times. Even I re-installed iphone software. Also I restored it as a new iphone but doesn't work. What could be the problem and what are the availble solutions?
We can't know if there's a "fixture" because we can't examine your phone. But Apple can. Make a Genius Bar appointment and get your phone evaluated.

Are you on WiFi or 3G? If WiFi, when I've had this happen, first I go to Settings & turn WiFi off. Wait a minute, then turn it back on. Usually fixes things.
