I did subscribe and when I try to upload a PDF file for convertion I got an answer that the file do not exist.

Is the file extension properly placed? Example: .pdf, .docx, .exe.

Are you talking about your lock screen passcode? If so, go into Settings>General>Passcode Lock, and Change one of your Passcodes to match the other.

I've become increasingly frustrated with the ipad adobe app. I've subscribed to be able to convert my pdf files into word documents and it has yet to work I've paid for a service that does not work which in turn makes me a disgruntled customer to say the least very disappointed with such horrible service

Please let me know whether you are using Adobe Reader or signed up at https://cloud.acrobat.com/.
Also, try converting any other PDF file to word and check what happens.
Have you downloaded the file first onto your computer?

Why do i get prompted to subscribe online when I attempt to convert a PDF file to word? It's Adobe Pro XI.
Open pdf document, click tools, click content editing, click export file to (choose word). Or open pdf document and choose save as. Either way it prompts to subscribe.

How do I restore pdf files that were not included in the syncing of my ipad. Everything else was and some pdf files were. Apparently I find them in Library but I can't find Library. It doesn't appear that you can do it through time machine either.

When I go to https://www.adobe.com/nz/ and choose the buy tab then choose Captivate 7 - the one-year subscription option. It adds Captivate 6 Subscription Edition (one-year) to my cart?

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

You have the Creative Cloud Photography plan Student and Teacher Edition (one-year), the storage space is 2GB for this CCPP.
